Voters demand listing Trump’s 3 advantages, How does How Qinqi respond?

On Thursday, October 10th, during a town hall event hosted by the Spanish-language TV station Univision, Democratic presidential candidate Heather Kinney was asked by a voter to list three virtues of former President Trump. Kinney expressed that her knowledge of Trump is limited, having only encountered him briefly at last month’s presidential debate, but she acknowledged that “Trump loves his family very much.” Kinney’s response sparked widespread discussion.

A 48-year-old American audience member of Mexican descent, Teresa Djedjro, asked Kinney before the end of the program, “Please tell me three advantages that Trump has.”

Kinney smiled and thanked her for the question. Before mentioning Trump’s virtues, she criticized Trump for his divisive rhetoric in certain policies, which has led to social division and instilled fear in people. At the same time, she expressed disappointment in the competition style where Trump and some candidates are portraying society as two opposing factions.

“Based on life experience, I know that most of us have more in common than differences. What saddens me is that, frankly speaking, the way Donald Trump and some others imply a ‘us versus them’ attitude, regardless of who ‘them’ refers to, leads Americans to blame each other.”

Kinney stated that as a leader, one should not exhibit such behavior and attitude. She said, “Using derogatory and insulting language, intending to make people feel fearful and live in fear. I think this is unhealthy for our country, and I do not appreciate this approach. In fact, for someone aspiring to be the President of the United States to hold such an attitude, I hold a fairly critical position.”

Kinney then added, “I believe Donald Trump loves his family, and that is a very important point. I believe family is one of the most important things that everyone should prioritize. But to be honest, I don’t know much about him. I only saw him once on the debate stage, never interacted with him before, so I don’t have much more to share with you.”
