Images circulated online show a person covering their neck with blood stains on their back, with a group of people entangled on the right, seemingly trying to subdue the assailant. Another video shows someone being subdued, while medical personnel are seen attending to the injured.
On the morning of the 26th, reporters from the Xiaoxiang Morning News learned from several nearby businesses at the scene that the incident occurred around 1 p.m. on the 25th when the village cadre was picking up a delivery package. A staff member from the Liusha South Street office stated that the village cadre had been killed, and they are currently providing comfort to the affected individuals. The case is under investigation, and further details cannot be disclosed until the final report is released.
According to the public security bureau of Puning City’s report on the 26th, around 1 p.m. on the 25th, a criminal case resulting from a dispute occurred at a courier point in Liusha South Street, Puning City. The suspect, 54-year-old Huang, a resident of Puning, has been arrested. Two injured individuals were sent to the hospital for treatment, one of whom succumbed to their injuries, while the other suffered minor injuries.
