It felt like a fire meteor, trailing a long tail, but the speed felt slower, unlike a meteor.” Netizens from Jiangsu stated, “Last night, it also appeared in the sky over Xuzhou.” A netizen from Shandong also mentioned, “I captured it last night.”
Ms. Wang, a netizen from Shandong, told Jimo News that last night (May 30th) around 8:45 pm, she and her sister saw unidentified flying objects flying over Changyi County in Weifang City, with a large one followed by several smaller ones. “Quite bright, couldn’t figure out what it was, didn’t make a wish either.”
Another netizen from Shandong, “@薇子來咯,” revealed online that the unidentified flying object lasted for about 20 seconds.
The unidentified flying objects have sparked speculation online, with some saying it’s a meteor, others speculating it’s a new weapon experiment. Some have mentioned it could be a missile or a rocket trajectory. Some netizens expressed, “Every satellite launched into orbit, as its orbit gradually decays, will eventually end up like this. How many satellites have humans launched already? How many more are being planned for launch? It seems like satellite showers will become a normal occurrence in the future.”
