“The Communist Party School Emphasizes ‘Loyalty to the Party’ Again, Mocked as ‘Mafia Headquarters'”

Recently, the Communist Party of China held a national party school system working conference, emphasizing that “the party school belongs to the party.” Commentators pointed out that the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China is the stronghold of gangsters, corrupt officials, rogues, liars, and individuals with psychological disorders.

The state-run Xinhua News Agency reported that on September 28, the National Party School (Administrative College) of the Communist Party of China held a working conference in Beijing. The principal (president) Chen Xi conveyed instructions from Xi Jinping at the meeting, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the party’s principles at the school and remembering the original intentions of the party school.

Independent commentator Xiang commented online, “The party school is the school with the highest crime rate in China, bar none. China has 3,000 ordinary universities where most students struggle to pay tuition and find it difficult to get a job after graduation. However, there are 6,000 party schools at the central, provincial, municipal, and county levels, all funded by taxpayers. Students study using taxpayers’ money, enjoy high salaries, luxurious accommodations, lavish dining and entertainment, living a carefree life like on vacation. Upon graduation, they receive master’s and doctoral degrees in subjects like party building, scientific socialism, and management, gaining positions of authority and wealth.”

He continued, “Incredibly, the crime rate among graduates of these party schools is nearly one hundred percent. Looking at the resumes of fallen corrupt officials, the vast majority graduated from party schools! The Communist Party’s party schools are indeed the stronghold of vampires, hypocrites, bandits, gangsters, corrupt officials, rogues, foreign forces, liars, and individuals with psychological disorders!”

Former Inner Mongolia official Du Wen analyzed in self-media, why did Xi Jinping reiterate “the party school belongs to the party” at this time? The underlying motive behind this is the locking down of the system, ideological repression, and concentration of power, simply put, it’s a problem of “the party school belongs to Xi”.

The Central Party School of the Communist Party of China, located in the northwest of Beijing, is a mysterious red forbidden area.

Du Wen stated that in 2001, he went to the Central Party School located at No. 100 Dayou Zhuang, Yihetuan Road, Haidian District, Beijing, to discuss a matter with a leader who was studying there. At that time, the leader mentioned that people jokingly say: from a distance, it looks like a temple, up close it is a party school, and upon further inspection, it is a group of corrupt individuals furthering their education. After saying this, the two laughed heartily.

The name of the Central Party School was inscribed by the former party leader Jiang Zemin, who was known as the “chief coach of corruption”. In recent years, the resumes of officials who have fallen from grace often indicate their immersion in the party school and the “training” they received.

Petrichor, an online user on platform X, compiled a list of 116 Central Party School alumni with assets exceeding 100 million yuan, all of whom are disgraced high-ranking officials. (Link)

The Japanese newspaper “Sankei Shimbun” once cited insiders as saying that the Communist Party’s party schools are places where officials who come to study exchange tips on corruption while drinking, creating an environment for exchanging corrupt practices and giving rise to new corrupt cases.
