Taiwan Included in Russia’s List of Hostile Countries

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a new list on September 17, which revealed 47 “hostile countries to Russia,” with Taiwan being one of them. China is not included in this list.

Among the 27 EU member states, only Hungary and Slovakia are not on the list. Out of the 32 NATO member states, only Turkey is not considered a hostile country.

Moscow’s first official list of enemies published in 2021 only included the United States and the Czech Republic.

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, this list has rapidly expanded.
