Celebrity Sun Peng and Di Ying’s residence was searched by the police this morning (19th) and suspected gunpowder powder and daggers were confiscated. Their son Sun Anzuo was also taken to the police station for questioning, which may be related to the previous incident of displaying a firearm in the Xinyi District of Taipei City. Sun was later transferred to the Taipei District Prosecutors Office for further questioning, where he also appeared for an interview.
On the evening of the 16th, Sun Anzuo and his manager, a man named Zhu, appeared at a nightclub in the Xinyi District of Taipei City. Zhu was found wearing a gas gun on his waist, causing controversy and drawing attention from the authorities. After Zhu explained to the local police that the gas gun was not lethal, he was later prosecuted for violating the Social Order Maintenance Act.
To clarify the situation, the police conducted searches at Sun Peng and Zhu’s residences this morning. However, as Zhu stayed overnight at Sun Anzuo’s home on the 18th, both were taken to the police station for questioning together. The police also confiscated items such as suspected gunpowder powder, gas guns, and blades. Sun Peng accompanied them throughout the process.
After questioning, Sun Anzuo was transferred to the Taipei District Prosecutors Office around 6 p.m. on suspicion of violating the Firearms and Knives Control Act. Sun Anzuo remained silent and expressionless when media asked him if he had anything to say along the way.
Following this, Sun Peng appeared for an interview, stating that he would cooperate with the investigation as he headed to the Taipei District Prosecutors Office later in the evening. However, due to the ongoing investigation, he refrained from making further comments to the public.
As Sun Anzuo was being questioned by the prosecutors along the way to the Taipei District Prosecutors Office, he remained silent. The interrogation is currently ongoing.
