Popular South Korean boy group SF9 member Daeyeon (Lee Sanghyuk) will enlist in the army on July 1 and serve his military duty as an active duty soldier. The agency requests fans not to visit his enlistment location.
FNC Entertainment announced on the official SF9 Fan Café on the 21st that Daeyeon will enlist on July 1 as an active duty soldier. To minimize chaos on the day of enlistment, no other official activities will be held that day.
Furthermore, the agency mentioned that considering the enlistment location is a non-public place where most military personnel gather, they hope fans will not visit the enlistment location.
FNC Entertainment concluded by saying, “We sincerely thank everyone for their love for Daeyeon, and we hope everyone will continue to support him until he successfully completes his military service and returns healthy.”
Daeyeon will be the fourth SF9 member to enlist, following Inseong, Youngbin, and Jaeyoon, with Inseong and Youngbin having completed their service in September last year, and Jaeyoon scheduled to complete his service in September this year.
