The Taiwan Central Weather Bureau has issued a heavy rain alert for July 31st, with super heavy rain expected in areas of Taichung City, Nantou County, mountainous areas of Chiayi County, Kaohsiung City, and Pingtung County. Changhua County, Yunlin County, mountainous areas of Tainan City will experience heavy rain. Due to the rainfall, the Taiwan Executive Yuan’s Personnel Administration Department has announced the suspension of work and classes in various regions across Taiwan on the 31st.

– Taoyuan District
– Namaxia District
– Wutai Township
– Sandimen Township
– Majia Township
– Laiyi Township
– Taiwu Township
– Chunri Township
– Shizi Township
– Mudan Township
– Tuban Village in Dareun Township
– Daofan Elementary School in Dareun Township
