Rights activist Song Jiahong exposes Shanghai’s black prison list (Part 2)

Shanghai human rights activist Song Jiahong is one of the victims of the Chinese Communist Party’s black prisons. Recently, he released a list of “Black Prisons in Shanghai, China,” stating that it reflects the worst human rights situation in the international metropolis of Shanghai.

According to Song Jiahong, “The list of black prisons in Shanghai now includes a total of forty-eight facilities, with detailed addresses and regions, as well as information about the duration of imprisonment and responsible authorities, making it reliable and timely.”

The “Black Prisons in Shanghai List (2)” includes thirteen private detention facilities set up by the Shanghai government to imprison petitioners, with the information obtained from public sources on the internet. Song Jiahong conducted investigations and compiled the list. Below are the names of black prisons in various districts of Shanghai:

1. Guesthouse at 112 Hongqiao Village, Jianshe Town. Petitioner Cao Zhiya, female, 65 years old, imprisoned for 18 days. Responsible authority: Zhangjiang Town Government, Pudong New Area.

2. Guesthouse at 813 Huayuan Village, Bao Town. Petitioner Cai Xiaomin, male, 58 years old, imprisoned for 41 days. Responsible authority: Gaodong Town Government, Pudong New Area.

3. “Yong Chang Nongjiale” at 573 Qianwei Village, Shuxin Town. Petitioner Chen Meihua, female, 68 years old, imprisoned for 15 days. Responsible authority: Shimen Er Road Subdistrict, Jing’an District.

1. Warehouse at Group 10, Fahua Village, Zhelin Town. Petitioner Qian Delong, male, 65 years old, imprisoned for 46 days. Responsible authority: Fengxian District Government.

2. “Ganghai Hotel” at 176 Sizhong Road, Zhelin Town. Petitioner Qian Delong, male, 65 years old, imprisoned for 38 days. Responsible authority: Fengxian District Government.

3. “Shanghai Guoxiang Resort” at 3858 Jinqian Road. Petitioner Gu Jueling, female, 58 years old, imprisoned for 48 days. Responsible authority: Jinhai Street Office, Fengxian District.
