Near Taichung Train Station in Taiwan, the “Shinmin Street Warehouse Cluster” is currently undergoing planning, design, and restoration work. The city government intends to develop it into a hub for the Taichung popular music industry. In order to prevent the public from entering the construction site by mistake, the municipal government will collaborate with the “Fugitive Plan Graffiti Art Team” to create graffiti on the fence, turning it into urban public art. This initiative of blending the old with the new aims to inject vitality and vigor into the old city area.
