Raising E16 Craze, Now Launching Subtitle Version in 5 Countries, Energy Reminds to Warm Up and Stretch

Recently in Taiwan, the singing and dancing group Energy, which has sparked the “E16 Squat” movement, was invited to be the spokesperson for “PX Pay’s Ten Million Members” and held a press conference for the endorsement event on the 25th. In preparation for their concerts in July and September, the five members have been focusing on core training.

Energy, the newly endorsed group, all attended the press conference on the 25th, and also announced that their song “Friday Night” will now upgrade to “16 Moves”. They will gradually release more short videos and collaborate on advertisements.

Energy’s new album “Here I Am” has captured the hearts of fans worldwide. The songs “Separation” and “Friday Night” have successively reached the number one spot on YouTube hot videos. Moreover, “Friday Night” has surpassed 10 million views on YouTube in just over two months.

As a result, Energy has released versions of the “Friday Night” music video with English, Korean, Japanese, Thai, and Indonesian subtitles, showcasing the E16 Squat around the world. They are touched to see people of all ages and professions challenging the E16 Squat, emphasizing the importance of training and being aware of one’s health alongside the challenge. Energy aims to convey this message through the E16 Squat and reminds everyone to warm up and stretch before exercising.

Coming back to the music scene, Energy is gearing up for the four “Trigger On” concerts in July and September, focusing on intensive group rehearsals and dance practice. Music director Chen Xinghan has created a blend of nearly 30 new songs and classic tunes, bringing a fusion of new and old in their music. Energy also holds a strong belief in preserving certain lyrics in classic songs, as they are crucial for die-hard fans to identify the singing member, and they strive to perform them even better.

Besides rehearsals and dance practice, they have intensified their physical training. Toro, who has slimmed down by 10 kilograms, focuses on Tabata core training. Kun Da, who maintains his stamina through exercise, shares, “Although we already spend a lot of time rehearsing and dancing, I still go to the gym or jog in my spare time to stay fit.” Ah Di maintains his peak condition mainly through dietary control and sufficient sleep.

Niu Nai mentioned, “Currently, the rehearsals for the concerts are very intensive, and I continuously adjust my physical condition. So, during rehearsals, I basically don’t rest and consistently work on my physical fitness during breaks.” Shu Wei added, “My wife also prepares a bunch of skincare products to take care of herself, and there’s an all-you-can-eat kind of variety. She is my best advisor.”
