Protest Against Suppression in Tibet: Hacker Group Anonymous Breaches Wuhan University.

The international hacker group “Anonymous” announced that they have infiltrated Changbei Airport and Wuhan University in China, speaking up for the victims of last month’s “Tibetan Violence Suppression” incident, and vowing to make the Chinese Communist Party “pay blood debts with blood.”

On the 19th, “Anonymous” made the announcement on the social platform X that they had breached Changbei Airport and Wuhan University, and released two images. The images show that the organization allegedly attacked electronic billboards at the airport with the words “Tibetan armed police massacre students suppressing human rights, Chinese Communist Party pays blood debts with blood,” and described the background and demands of the “Tibetan Violence Suppression” incident.

NTD’s “China Forbidden News” program on April 10 cited an anonymous source revealing that in March this year, students at Tibet Lhasa Normal School collectively protested due to dissatisfaction with the long-term closure and extreme control of the school. Local authorities deployed hundreds of armed police to violently suppress the students, resulting in the deaths of more than 20 students.

The source mentioned that the school closure measures in Tibetan colleges stem from the events of March 14, 2008, when hundreds of people held a rally to protest against China’s arrest of protesting monks and human rights violations. The clash led to nearly a hundred casualties as the armed police cracked down, known as the “3.14” incident, after which the authorities required Tibetan colleges to close every March. As the only college directly under the capital of Tibet, Lhasa Normal School implemented this measure particularly thoroughly.

The anti-Communist hacker group “Anonymous” has been very active in the past two years.

The pro-China China Commentary News Agency’s official website suddenly published an article titled “Excerpts” from a government work report by Chinese Premier Li Qiang on the night of March 16 this year, in which in the tone of Li Qiang, they harshly criticized the chaotic policies under Xi Jinping’s rule, even stating that “the country will perish.” “Anonymous” admitted to launching this attack on the X platform.

During last year’s “Double Eleven” period, “Anonymous” infiltrated websites such as the Chinese Communist Party’s Wuchang Vocational College, changing the homepage photo to “Xi Jinping’s Eighteen Levels of Hell List,” listing Xi Jinping’s various crimes. On the 34th anniversary of the June Fourth Incident last year, the hacker group also breached multiple official websites of the Chinese Communist Party, embedding “Never Forget June Fourth” and photos of tanks entering Beijing to suppress the protests.
