The United States is gearing up for the quadrennial presidential inauguration ceremony, as President-elect Trump’s celebrations kicked off on Saturday, January 18, marking the start of a four-day extravaganza. Aside from the grand inauguration ceremony, the festivities include numerous galas, fireworks displays, parades, inaugural balls, and musical performances, culminating in a national prayer service on Tuesday, January 21.

After four years, Trump is making a return to the White House for his second presidential inauguration. His vice president, JD Vance, will also be sworn in alongside him on Monday, January 20, becoming the third youngest vice president in American history.

The four-day long celebrations are all organized by the Trump-Vance Inaugural Committee, which reportedly raised over $170 million in funds ahead of the inauguration ceremony, setting a new record.

On Saturday evening, the Trump-Vance Inaugural Committee hosted a gala for Vice President-elect Vance at the National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C., with Vance himself presiding over the event. The guests in attendance included members of Trump’s cabinet and their families. Here are some of the highlights captured at the gala:
