On Saturday, September 20th, the town of Deer Park in Orange County, New York welcomed the annual “Mid-Autumn Food Carnival.” This multicultural food festival attracted numerous local residents, as well as dignitaries who were present to commend and celebrate.

This year’s “Mid-Autumn Food Carnival” marked the tenth anniversary organized by New Century Company. With over 150 merchandise stalls and more than 40 food booths, it is considered the largest multicultural food festival of Asian cuisine in the Hudson Valley region.

US Congressman Patrick Ryan, State Senator James Skoufis, Assemblyman Karl A. Brabenec, and several other local elected officials sent commendation letters or personally attended the event to present awards.

This year is expected to draw over 20,000 visitors who will have the opportunity to learn about the traditional festival of the Mid-Autumn Festival and experience the beauty of Chinese traditional culture.
