On October 16th, at the Merkin Concert Hall in the Kaufman Music Center in Manhattan, New York City, pianists from around the world gathered to compete on the same stage during the preliminary round of the 7th NTD International Piano Competition, ready to face the challenge.
This year’s “International Piano Competition” is one of the international cultural and art competition series organized by NTD Television. The aim of the competition is to promote the pure, good, and beautiful orthodox art, showcasing the magnificent chapters of piano music from the Baroque, Classical, to Romantic periods.
The competition earnestly pursues art, inheriting the 250-year history of piano literature, and promoting it. This music is a treasure of human culture and should be passed down to future generations.
