The Taoyuan Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Health and Welfare has recently honored Nurse Manager Tao Wenjuan and Nurse Chen Wanmin with the “Excellent and Senior Exemplary Nursing Personnel Award” and the “Bright New Star Award” for the year 2024, respectively. The awards were presented by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, with the awardees expressing gratitude to the officials of the Taoyuan Center for their recognition and vowing to continue dedicating their efforts to serving patients in the field of nursing.
According to the Director of the Nursing Department at Taoyuan Center, Qiu Jinkuai, Tao Wenjuan has demonstrated outstanding leadership skills in the wards and shown deep care for patients, earning praise from colleagues, patients, and family members. Although Chen Wanmin has only been serving in the psychiatric department for less than a year, he has displayed excellent professional abilities, demonstrating patience and meticulousness in caring for mental health patients. Moreover, he has actively pursued advanced learning opportunities by completing certifications in first aid and advanced care in his spare time. The two awardees represent the collective efforts of the nursing team at Taoyuan Center, with expectations for them to continue shining in the field of nursing.
Chen Wanmin emphasized the increasing diversification and complexity of symptoms in mental illnesses in today’s ever-changing society.
