Taiwanese internet celebrity and creator of the documentary “Chinese United Front”, Bajiong, held a meeting with members of the Taiwanese Elder Association in Los Angeles, U.S. on May 25th. They discussed Taiwan’s democracy and anti-communist ideals. Members of the Chinese Democratic Party were also invited to exchange anti-communist experiences and raise awareness of the importance of security, all in solidarity to witness the downfall of the Chinese Communist Party’s dictatorship.

Bajiong, whose real name is Wen Ziyu, hails from Hualien, Taiwan. His YouTube channel, “Cineaste’s Diary,” boasts 1.19 million followers. On December 6, 2024, he released a video collaboration titled “Chinese United Front Documentary” with singer Chen Baiyuan (stage name Minnan Wolf), exposing the Chinese Communist Party’s tactics of “enticing” certain internet celebrities to engage in united front activities targeting the Taiwanese people.

Attendees of the meeting expressed that Bajiong’s powerful speech alleviated their concerns about Taiwan’s democratic future and showcased the strength of the new generation. His call to unite global anti-communist forces to overthrow the CCP’s dictatorship has inspired many.

The head of the Chinese Democratic Party International Alliance, Jielijian, mentioned his acquaintance with Mr. Bajiong began during former President Tsai Ing-wen’s visit to the U.S. in April 2023. He stated that the exchange of anti-communist experiences during this meeting was invaluable.

Jielijian praised Bajiong for safeguarding Taiwan’s democratic beacon from contamination and infiltration by CCP forces and emphasized the need to unite with global anti-communist forces to combat the CCP’s aggression.

He urged the U.S. government, under President Trump’s leadership, to take legal action against those spreading anti-American sentiments or threatening U.S. security online. Furthermore, he suggested reviewing Chinese Fifth Column activities in the U.S., revoking citizenship for criminal behavior, and emphasized the importance of protecting American security.

Fengzhao, an active member of the Chinese Democratic Party, expressed solidarity with the concerns raised by various Taiwanese business association leaders regarding CCP infiltration. He reiterated the importance of global collaboration to eradicate the CCP’s dictatorship and bring genuine freedom and democracy to both sides of the Taiwan Strait.

Fengzhao emphasized that the experience reinforced his belief that democracy and freedom are shared aspirations of people on both sides of the strait. He believes that unified efforts will lead to overcoming authoritarianism and usher in a brighter future.

Liu Min, another member of the Chinese Democratic Party, reiterated the organization’s mission to oppose CCP dictatorship and expose its crimes. He called on all individuals fighting against communism to unite and strive for freedom, expressing optimism for the day when communism will be defeated.

Shi Shuping, a member of the Chinese Democratic Party, expressed gratitude for attending Bajiong’s meeting and described being deeply moved by his powerful insights on the awakening of the younger generation in Taiwan. She emphasized the necessity of thorough anti-communist efforts to protect Taiwan from CCP influence and manipulation.

Shi noted Bajiong’s and the new generation of Taiwan’s youths’ determination and courage, expressing admiration for their rational and principled awakening. She stressed the importance of unity towards safeguarding Taiwan and urged mutual awakening between Taiwan and Chinese compatriots to recognize the true nature of CCP dictatorship to achieve genuine liberation.

Likewise, Li Delong of the Chinese Democratic Party proclaimed that democracy cannot be compromised, and authoritarianism must be eradicated. He called on Chinese individuals to support Taiwan’s democratic progress, contribute to freedom and human rights, and collectively strive for a better future.

Bajiong commended the efforts of the Chinese Democratic Party International Alliance in promoting global anti-communist actions.

A Chinese international student in the U.S., using the pseudonym Li Jun, shared deep concerns regarding CCP human rights abuses and surveillance by pro-communist supporters even overseas. Li Jun admired Bajiong’s efforts to defend Taiwan’s security, emphasizing the increasing importance of young people in safeguarding Taiwan and the need for legal support against communist propaganda.

Li Jun vowed to continue exposing CCP human rights abuses and advocated for legal repercussions for those promoting communist ideology or threatening freedom of expression, especially within academic communities.

She emphasized her resolve not to fear threats and to continue shedding light on the CCP’s atrocities for a wider audience to see.
