During the Fourth Plenary Session of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), a video generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) is widely circulating on Chinese-speaking networks around the globe, becoming a viral sensation. The video depicts the “New China after the Collapse of the CCP,” showcasing scenes of people freely voting, re-examining political cases, and removing symbolic images like the Mao Zedong portrait at Tiananmen Square.
In the video, the host of the “Shanghai Mayor Election” program discusses the educational and healthcare rights of migrant workers, with footage showing a long queue outside a polling station, where people are heard saying, “It’s moving pretty quickly.”
The comments from internet users are filled with excitement and heightened emotions:
– “It’s so satisfying to watch! I wish this could be real!”
– “This is the real ‘Chinese Dream’!”
– “Freedom is the most precious value of life.”
– “When the Chinese people unite with one heart, the CCP demons will surely be defeated!”
– “The power of such videos should not be underestimated.”
Analysts point out that this wave of “AI New China Fever” is not merely a “viral” spread of creative works but also reflects a strong collective subconscious desire in Chinese society for a future free China.
In parallel with this surge in public opinion, there is a continued rise in the Quitting the CCP movement. According to statistics from the Global Quit CCP Service Center, as of October 22, 2025, the number of Chinese people who have publicly declared their withdrawal from the CCP, its affiliated organizations, and youth groups has reached 453,413,799 (over 453 million), setting a new historical record.
Data from the Quit CCP Center shows:
1. From January to September 2025, a total of 11,663,064 people have quit the CCP.
2. May saw a monthly peak of 14,045,939 people quitting.
3. A record-high of 49,465 individuals quit on September 13.
4. The number of officially processed Quit CCP certificates increased by 34.2% compared to the same period last year from January to September.
5. As of the end of September 2025, the global total of people who have quit the CCP has reached 452,581,562.
This means that over 450 million Chinese people have publicly disassociated themselves from the CCP, making it one of the largest grassroots spiritual awakening movements in history.
This ongoing trend of quitting the CCP for the past two decades originated from the publication of the Epoch Times series editorial “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party” at the end of 2004.
On January 12, 2005, the Epoch Times published a “Solemn Declaration” calling on the Chinese people to withdraw from the CCP, stating, “The end of the Communist Party is near…God must settle this demon. Whoever has ever participated in the Communist Party or any of its organizations, hurry and withdraw, erase the mark of evil. The records stored by Epoch Times can testify for those who declare their withdrawal.”
This declaration urged people to seize the “brief opportune moment” for repentance and self-salvation before God’s judgment arrives, laying the spiritual foundation for today’s “Quit CCP movement,” which is now being carried on by young internet users in new forms. The society depicted in the video of the “New China without the CCP” is no longer just a political slogan but a symbol of freedom, rule of law, justice, and human dignity.
In its latest statement, the Global Quit CCP Service Center points out that the signs of the CCP’s downfall are becoming increasingly apparent, and what will follow is the retribution and accountability for those who have allied with evil. The report quotes, “The CCP will disappear and face retribution, along with various consequences for those who colluded with the CCP. Before the truth is revealed, before God’s retribution appears, there is still a chance for repentance. Seize the opportunity to join the Quit CCP wave.”
The Quit CCP movement is not just an expression of political stance but rather a “moral self-salvation movement.” It resonates with the historical spiritual shift of people on the brink of the collapse of authoritarian regimes – from fear to reflection, from blind obedience to resistance.
This AI-generated video of the “New China” represents a collective subconscious eruption of Chinese netizens, challenging the CCP’s monopoly on historical and present narratives.
Amidst the interplay of languages and images inside and outside the Great Firewall, this freedom of imagination catalyzed by technology has become the most uncontrollable force within the CCP’s ruling system.
Whereas in the past, the CCP used the “propaganda machine” to shape reality, now this AI video is leading to the people generating their own future. With already over 450 million people having quit the CCP in reality, and hundreds of millions of Chinese people watching the “New China without the CCP” online, that future might already be underway.
The Global Quit CCP Service Center calls for action, stating, “The net of heaven is wide and tight; good and evil will be clearly distinguished. At the border of the sea of suffering, life and death hinges on a single thought. Every Chinese person who chooses to withdraw from the CCP is leaving a mark of conscience for themselves and the future of China.”
