More than 30 people swept away by floods in Ya’an, Sichuan, at least 10 confirmed dead.

In the early morning of July 20th, a sudden mountain torrent occurred in Xinhua Village, Malie Township, Hanyuan County, Sichuan Province, causing communication interruptions and damage to roads, bridges, and more in the area.
