Recently, there has been a hot rumor swirling in the political circles of Beijing, where Liu Yuan, the son of the former Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Chairman Liu Shaoqi and a retired general, submitted a memorial to the CCP Central Committee, lamenting the “fall of the party.” According to revelations from Yuan Hongbing, a legal scholar living in Australia, based on information from conscientious individuals within the CCP system, the main contents of Liu Yuan’s memorial have been disclosed to the “Vision Times” website. However, the authenticity of this information remains to be verified.
Yuan Hongbing disclosed that the title of this memorial is borrowed from a famous article written by the former top CCP leader Qu Qiubai, who was executed by the Kuomintang before, titled “More Than Words.”
Recently, Xi Jinping inspected the newly established Information Support Department of the CCP military, established just this April. Yuan Hongbing believes: “What he wants to express is that he is currently in the military, he still holds the highest power, that is, the purges within the military are all under Xi Jinping’s control. He uses such information to stabilize the morale of the military.”
