“The 2024 GMA Golden Melody International Music Festival” series event “GMA SHOWCASE Golden Melody Ticketed Concert” will be held from June 25th to 27th at CORNER MAX multi-functional exhibition hall. The lineup for the event, announced today, includes 12 groups of singers and bands from Thailand, South Korea, and more.
This year’s “GMA SHOWCASE Golden Melody Ticketed Concert” will kick off on June 25th and run for three consecutive days. The first day will feature The Wanted, who won the “Best Vocal Group Award” at the 32nd Golden Melody Awards. Also performing are the urban trend female singer Haezee, nominated for the “Best New Artist Award,” singer-songwriter The Crane, and the Thai girl group VIIS.
On June 26th, the second day will begin with Cicada, who was nominated for the “Best Album Producer Award” in the instrumental category. They will be joined by three powerful female vocalists: Kivi, who was nominated for awards like “Best Indigenous Language Singer,” LÜCY, a former nominee for “Best New Artist Award,” and HANRORO, a Korean singer nominated for the “Best New Artist Award” at the Korean Pop Music Awards.
The third day, June 27th, will feature Lilium, winner of the “Best Taiwanese Album Award” and the “Best Design Award” at the 33rd Golden Melody Awards. Also performing are “A_Root,” nominated for awards including “Best Band” and “Best Taiwanese Album” in four categories, the lead singer and keyboardist Mandark from bands like “Sweet John” and “I Mean Us,” and the Thai band ASIA7. The concert will showcase a variety of musical styles, allowing the audience to experience different genres and performance forms in one show.
