Golden actress Kim Jiwon, who skyrocketed to fame for her role as the female lead “Hong Haerin” in the Korean drama “Queen of Tears,” kicked off her first fan meeting event “2024 KIM JIWON ASIA FANMEETING TOUR ” in Seoul on June 22nd and 23rd. After concluding the two-day fan meeting, she immediately headed to Taiwan today (24th) to prepare for a brand event scheduled for the 25th.
To match the theme of the fan meeting “welcoming fans into her home,” Kim Jiwon prepared a performance of the popular song “My House” by the Korean boy band 2PM. Dressed in a white shirt, black suit pants, and a black tie, she sang and danced to “My House,” surprising her fans with her performance.
Having her first fan meeting, Kim Jiwon expressed that she rarely has the opportunity to meet her fans directly, making her happy and grateful to meet everyone through this fan meeting. She also shared behind-the-scenes stories of her works with fans through the “BE MY ACTOR” segment.
Furthermore, through a question and answer session, Kim Jiwon shared with fans that her hobby is playing the ukulele, and she performed a rendition of “CLOSE TO YOU” while playing and singing herself. In addition, Kim Jiwon invited singers Younha and CHOI YU REE as guests. Younha performed her well-known songs “Waiting” and “Event Horizon,” while CHOI YU REE sang the OST “Promise” from “Queen of Tears” and her famous song “Forest.”

Just after wrapping up the two-day fan meeting, Kim Jiwon departed from Incheon Airport in South Korea today (24th) to fly to Taiwan, where she will attend the opening event of a renowned French brand’s Taipei store on the 25th.
Kim Jiwon will also kick off the overseas leg of her Asian tour “2024 KIM JIWON ASIA FANMEETING TOUR” from Osaka on July 7th and will meet fans at the Zepp New Taipei at Banqiao’s Honghui Plaza in New Taipei City, Taiwan on July 21st.
