Israeli Army Beheads Hamas Leader, Captures Hezbollah General in Latest Military Operation

Hello, welcome to “Current Affairs Scan.” I am Jinran. Please subscribe to our channel, support us, like, comment, and share.

Today’s focus:

– Last Hamas leader in Gaza was beheaded, Hezbollah general captured;
– Israeli flag hung at a home in Guangdong, harassed by Chinese undercover agents at midnight;
– North Korea: Russian forces strike Kyiv until victory, Taiwanese volunteer soldiers killed in Ukraine;

Have you noticed that whether it’s Hamas in the Middle East or Hezbollah, terrorist organizations capable of becoming large are structurally similar to the organization of the Communist Party, even the names are closely related, such as General Secretary.

Recently, a large number of Hamas militants in Gaza surrendered to the Israeli army. It is reported that Hamas in Gaza had a total of 36 regimental armies. After a year of sweeping by the Israeli army, they were basically eliminated. Dispersed Hamas militants either surrendered or were in a state of fleeing and hiding, with no decent resistance.

The Israeli Defense Forces confirmed today: the last living member of the political bureau of Hamas in Gaza, the Minister of the “Ha Liaoning Department” (similar to the Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Chinese Communist Party), was targeted and eliminated by the Israeli army on November 1. At that time, this person was in a car trying to escape, and the Israeli army conducted a precise strike when the vehicle arrived in an empty area.

Israel has certainly used the 21st-century decapitation tactic of “letting the leaders go first” to the extreme and launched attacks everywhere. While eliminating the leader of Hamas in Gaza, they also targeted senior Hezbollah military officials in Lebanon.

On November 1, a special forces unit of the Israeli Navy’s Marine Corps infiltrated a small house about 40 kilometers north of Beirut, Lebanon, and captured a general of Hezbollah, Amhaz, without arousing any suspicion. The Lebanese government confirmed this news and released surveillance footage of the Hezbollah general being taken away by Israeli special forces.

The Chinese Communist Party recently hosted a gathering of Hamas leaders in Beijing, but not long afterward, except for Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, most of the invited terrorists disappeared. However, outwardly, the Chinese Communist Party maintains a “neutral and peaceful” facade. However, a recent event, in my opinion, completely reveals the true face of the Chinese Communist Party’s stance in the Middle East against Israel and Jews, and should be made known to Netanyahu and the Israeli people.

In Guangdong, China, in the middle of the night on October 31st, a large group of plainclothes Chinese agents raided a resident’s home after the homeowner was reported for hanging an Israeli flag inside. Bear in mind, it was just hanging the flag of Israel at one’s own home. However, it seems that this family had somewhat adopted the boldness of Israelis. Not only did they confront these plainclothes agents, but they also filmed the incident and posted it online.

Interestingly, as soon as the video of the home intrusion was made public, thousands of comments by Chinese netizens in the comments section were overwhelmingly in support of the Chinese government’s anti-Israel propaganda direction, even calling for severe punishment for this family. Some said: support the government for doing the right thing; why hang the flag of Israel? No leniency for bad people; law enforcement is correct, support the government in catching traitors and bad people; support national security, good job in killing spies.

It is worth noting that the one-sided nature of these comments, on today’s Chinese internet, where even mentioning sensitive words will be promptly deleted and banned, would such a large number of comments appear if it were not for the tacit approval or even direct encouragement of the Chinese Communist Party? Regardless of the grandiose statements made by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the outside world, this is the true stance and position of the Chinese Communist Party in the Middle East.

U.S. Secretary of State Blinken recently stated that up to 8,000 North Korean soldiers have already gone to Russia, and in the coming days, Russia will deploy more North Korean forces to the Russia-Ukraine battlefield. Interestingly, Blinken revealed that he had a so-called “in-depth discussion” with the Chinese Communist Party last Thursday, hoping that China would use its influence to prevent further escalation of North Korean-Russian military cooperation.

After so many years and so many events, American politicians are still doing this! Letting China try to stop North Korea from helping Putin? The Chinese Communist Party is the behind-the-scenes instigator of North Korea. It’s like advising a human trafficker to find a good home for a child.

After the U.S. government persuaded China to exert influence and prevent North Korea from helping Russia in fighting, the effect was immediately apparent: first, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced to the public that North Korea and Russia are two independent sovereign countries, and how they develop bilateral relations is their internal affair. Then, on November 2, the North Korean Foreign Minister officially announced in Moscow: North Korea unconditionally supports Russia until victory in Ukraine.

On the same day, Ukraine’s Defense Ministry General Intelligence Bureau revealed that in the last week of October, more than 7,000 North Korean soldiers were transferred to the border regions of Ukraine by Russia. The outside world has long been curious about how Russian forces equipped the Korean soldiers who joined the war, and now there is news on this matter.

The Russian military announced that the Korean troops participating in the war would be equipped with a 60mm mortar, AK-12 assault rifle, the Russian general-purpose machine gun, sniper rifle, anti-tank missile, and RPG-7 individual rocket launcher, which seem to be part of standard Russian military equipment. However, given that frontline Russian soldiers have begun using World War II-era weapons, it remains to be seen if these weapons will indeed be provided to Korean soldiers, a verification only the Ukrainian Armed Forces can provide.

While Korean soldiers are continuously being deployed to the Russian-Ukrainian front line, Ukrainian President Zelensky once again expressed his dissatisfaction: we know where the Korean troops are concentrated in Russia. If we had the means, such as long-range strike capability, we could strike first. However, the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany do not allow it. Zelensky also expressed surprise at China’s continued “silence” at this time. I am also surprised: why do the governments of Western democratic countries, usually so wise, collectively short-circuit their brains when it comes to the Chinese Communist Party?

As Zelensky is appealing to Western countries to lift the restrictions on Ukraine’s use of long-range weapons, allowing the Ukrainian military the ability to counterattack fully, the Ukrainian capital Kyiv was again attacked by Russian forces on November 2, with explosions heard in the city and surrounding areas. A Russian unmanned drone hit a residential building and caused a fire, injuring at least two people.

After two years of war between Russia and Ukraine, both sides have expended large quantities of various missiles, and now, increasingly, both are using large numbers of low-cost attack drones on the battlefield. With the use of drones, like a relationship between a spear and a shield, counter-drone jamming systems have emerged, giving rise to drones designed to counter electronic jamming.

On November 2, the Ukrainian Army used the American-made anti-jamming drone V-BAT to bypass the Russian electronic jamming network. The drone was launched about 40 kilometers from the frontline and detected 11 groups of Russian “birch” missile defense systems. The Hamaz rocket behind the frontline immediately launched a precise strike. By then, the V-BAT drone had safely returned and was preparing for the next long-range reconnaissance mission.

Undoubtedly, the battlefield is the fastest environment to generate various types of weapons. With the demands of the battlefield, drones are no longer just used for reconnaissance or dropping grenade-style bombs, as we traditionally understand them.

On November 2, Ukrainians showcased specially customized large bombs for large drones, how big are they? Half a person’s height. Supposedly, these bombs also utilize 3D printing technology and are estimated to be designed specifically for front-line battlefield operations to bombard fortresses and trenches. The destructive power of these bombs after the explosion is imaginable.

The application of drones is no longer limited to reconnaissance and bombing from the air but is now used as attack weapons, even directly threatening ground forces such as tanks. Recently, a Ukrainian T-64 tank in the Luhansk region of Donetsk, Ukraine, experienced an attack by the famous Russian “leaf blade” drone.

Both Russia and Ukraine are using drones on the battlefield, and the extensive use of reconnaissance drones at the frontlines should not be underestimated, especially under the command and control of reconnaissance drones, subsequent precise artillery strikes often become crucial in causing significant losses to both Russian and Ukrainian forces. Recently, Ukraine completed testing of a new type of unmanned interceptor drone called “VB140 Flamingo,” which can operate at altitudes of 4,500 meters and within a range of 50 kilometers, capable of night combat, specifically designed to destroy Russian reconnaissance drones in the air.

According to American media reports, the Russian military recently launched a new full-scale assault. In the eastern Ukrainian battlefield, despite the heavy losses suffered by soldiers due to the Russian “human wave tactics” over the past week, they have still advanced approximately 200 square kilometers. Analysts believe that Ukraine, as winter approaches, has adopted a strategy similar to last year, exchanging space for time, depleting Russian forces while waiting for the opportunity to counterattack.

The new battle in eastern Ukraine is extremely brutal. On November 2, news came from the Ukrainian International Legion: the Taiwanese volunteer soldier Wu Zhongda from Kaohsiung, who belonged to the Second Regiment of the Ukrainian International Legion, was killed in action after being injured by shelling on the eastern front of Ukraine.

Wu Zhongda retired from the Special Forces of the Taiwanese Army. His comrades usually called him “Ada.” In fact, he returned to the Ukrainian battlefield for the second time from Taiwan after his first tour in Ukraine. He is the second known Taiwanese killed in action on the Ukrainian front line, following the 25-year-old Taiwanese from Hualien, Zeng Shengguang.

The Ukrainian military has informed the Taiwanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Wu Zhongda’s family in Kaohsiung of his death, and Ukraine will provide approximately 9.28 million New Taiwan Dollars in compensation to the families of foreign soldiers killed in action.
