On July 10th, the Fuqing Municipal Emergency Management Bureau in Fujian Province stated that around 5:12 pm on July 9th, an apparent flash explosion accident occurred in a casting workshop at Fen’an Aluminum Co., Ltd., resulting in 2 deaths and 1 injury.
