Indian Man Types with Nose, Sets New World Record for Fastest Speed

In most cases, people use their fingers to type, but a man in India has attempted to type using his nose. He recently typed 26 English letters in 25.66 seconds, once again breaking his own Guinness World Record for the fastest nose typing.

According to the report on the Guinness World Records website on May 30th, this man, Vinod Kumar Chaudhary, first broke the world record in 2023 with a time of 27.80 seconds, and then surpassed it with a time of 26.73 seconds.

Now, he has once again set a new record with a time of 25.66 seconds, making him a three-time world record holder.

To successfully challenge the world record, Chaudhary had to type 26 English letters on a standard QWERTY keyboard using only his nose, without using his hands, and with a space between each letter.

Chaudhary mentioned that breaking the world record took a lot of practice typing with his nose, which sometimes made him dizzy and even see stars. However, he insisted that with enough practice, anything is possible.

In addition to nose typing, he currently holds the world record for typing 26 English letters with one hand (typing backward) in 5.36 seconds. Furthermore, he also set the record for typing 26 English letters behind his back in 6.78 seconds.

At the age of 44 and working in the computer industry, Chaudhary is known as the “Typing Man of India” because of his world records.

Chaudhary, who has four children, said, “Typing has always been my profession, which is why I wanted to set records in this field. My hobbies and livelihood revolve around it.”

He stated, “I believe that no matter how many challenges you face in life, you must maintain your hobbies forever.”

Chaudhary hopes to bring global attention to India, and he is doing so by setting world records. His dream is to set records that are difficult for others to surpass, just like the former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar.

Chaudhary revealed that his secret to success is meditating every day and always maintaining a positive mindset.

He said, “Even someone as simple as me can become a Guinness World Record holder.”
