Indian Couple Claims Their “Time Machine” Can Reverse Aging, Scamming Millions of Dollars

An Indian couple in Uttar Pradesh pretended that their “time machine” could reverse the aging process, allowing people to “turn back time,” and deceived dozens of victims by collecting treatment fees, totaling up to 350 million Indian rupees (approximately 4.17 million US dollars). The Indian police have issued a warrant for these two individuals.

According to a report by NDTV on October 4th, Indian man Rajeev Kumar Dubey and his wife opened a treatment center in Kanpur, claiming that a “time machine” imported from Israel could reverse the aging process, enabling a 60-year-old person to regain their youthful 25-year-old appearance.

The Dubey couple told the victims that air pollution was the cause of accelerated aging in the body, and by using oxygen therapy with the “time machine,” they could reverse aging within a few months.

Senior Indian police officer Anjali Vishwakarma stated that the treatment center offered different “treatment plans,” including a course of 10 sessions for 6,000 Indian rupees (approximately 71 US dollars) or a three-year package for 90,000 Indian rupees (about 1,072 US dollars).

One of the victims, Renu Singh Chandel, reported to the police that she was scammed out of 1.075 million Indian rupees (around 13,000 US dollars) in total. She also pointed out that there were hundreds of other victims. Currently, the police have gathered evidence involving over twenty couples who fell victim to this scheme.

The Times of India reported that Chandel accused the Dubey couple of using a pyramid scheme to attract victims, where each customer who referred a new customer would receive a free oxygen therapy session.

Indian authorities have issued a warrant against the Dubey couple on charges of fraud. However, there are reports suggesting that the couple may have absconded with the money and possibly fled the country.
