Hospitals and Crematoriums in China Overwhelmed by Surge in Cases

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, residents in various parts of mainland China have continued to report a significant increase in the local death rate, with hospitals and crematoriums overflowing. Residents have expressed deep concerns about the connection between the causes of death and the vaccines. In recent days, multiple individuals interviewed by Epoch Times have indicated that they are aware of a large number of deaths. A resident from Fujian Province believed that the death toll in China over the past few years could reach several billion people.

Mr. Chen, a truck driver in Fujian Province, mentioned that in the past two years, several people he knew, around the age of 60, have passed away. According to him, this situation is prevalent throughout the country. He questioned how people in their fifties and sixties could bear to die, but due to falling ill and being hospitalized, they end up spending all the money they earned throughout their lives in hospitals, only to still pass away in the end.

Mr. Chen told journalists that the authorities have recently expanded and renovated the crematoriums, resulting in a faster rate of cremation after the renovations. Families are now required to wait outside and are not allowed to witness the process. He highlighted that decades ago when they accompanied their elderly to the crematorium, they could see everything. But now, they are not allowed to witness, and they receive ashes without being sure if they are indeed the remains of their loved ones.

He added that two or three years ago, there were too many bodies at the crematorium, and they couldn’t keep up with the cremation process. People used to have to wait in line for days, and sometimes even for half a month to a month when sending off their relatives. In the past, they would only attend one funeral of a friend every ten to twenty years, but in recent years, funerals have become a common sight every day. He emphasized to journalists, “There must have been several billion deaths in the last few years.”

Regarding the Chinese Communist Party’s claim of a population of 1.4 billion in China, Mr. Chen expressed doubt about the party’s data credibility. He pointed out that mainland Chinese people have been brainwashed by the CCP from birth, leading some individuals to blindly believe in what the party propagates.

Mr. Li, a villager from Zhoukou, Henan Province, also informed journalists that hospitals are overcrowded, with a high number of deaths due to various causes such as pneumonia, heart attacks, and strokes. Most of the deceased individuals were in their thirties and forties. Some people passed away suddenly without any prior symptoms, leaving others perplexed.

He mentioned that the handling process of the deceased is swift, sometimes leading to hasty burials without proper examination. Many individuals are buried quietly without undergoing autopsy, leaving the actual cause of death unknown. He commented, “Today they die, tomorrow they are buried. Some are buried secretly.”

He noted that in villages with populations ranging from five to six hundred to over a thousand people, numerous deaths have been recorded in each village in recent years. Some individuals died before they could even be taken to the hospital. He described the situation as “the poor are like ants; when they die, they die, quietly buried without much attention. Some people who died couldn’t even wait until the next day—the same night they were buried. Many can’t even afford the cremation costs. It has become a common sight.”

Ms. Tan, a resident of Tonghua, Jilin Province, provided a comprehensive account of the situation. She first revealed that her daughter’s child fell ill and when taken to the hospital, they found it extremely crowded, a situation that has persisted for about half a month.

Ms. Tan revealed that a person she recently met attended a relative’s funeral and upon returning, informed her that the crematorium was also overcrowded. She mentioned that many individuals in her rural area have recently passed away, with a significant number dying of cancer. There is a suspicion among locals that these deaths are related to receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.

“In my building, if someone dies, they are taken away within 10 minutes. I have only seen ambulances. No one knows who the deceased is, nor do they know what illness caused their death.”

She stated that after retiring, she spends most of her time at home and doesn’t venture outside much. Her sister is more aware of the external situation. Her sister informed her that many people have died recently in her area, most of them not elderly but in their forties, fifties, and some in their sixties.

“Everyone believes it’s related to the vaccine. I know a woman who received the vaccine and developed gallbladder cancer, leading to the removal of her gallbladder. I think it’s because of the vaccine that so many people are falling ill or dying. My daughter’s uncle passed away one or two years ago. He had only retired a few months before and didn’t wake up from his sleep one morning.”

Ms. Tan mentioned to the reporters that since the mandatory vaccination in 2021, crematoriums have been consistently overcrowded. She came across numerous complaints online, indicating that many young people in their twenties have also passed away.
