According to a survey by gobankingrates.com, 46% of Americans most frequently purchase food at Costco, while only 6% buy personal care products, 4% purchase clothing, 4% purchase home goods and furniture, 3% buy electronics, and 1% buy appliances.
Consumer analyst Julie Ramhold from the shopping comparison website DealNews once said, “If shoppers are savvy, over time, they can save hundreds of dollars by shopping at Costco compared to grocery stores.”
Currently, Costco has launched a range of new bestselling products on promotion, from delicious seafood to coffee, and even emergency food items, with prices more competitive compared to other retailers. Many of the seafood offerings are favorites among the Chinese community.

Costco members can now purchase a 10-pound whole Dungeness crab from the Northwest Fish brand for $219.99, down from the original price of $279.99. These crabs come from Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and California.
“This crab is fantastic. It arrived frozen very well and the packaging was great. The taste completely met my expectations for Dungeness crab!” one customer exclaimed.
