Elon Musk: Recommends Swing State Voters Sign Petition, Can Receive 47 Dollars

Billionaire Elon Musk is funding a political action committee that is launching an initiative to pay $47 to individuals who successfully refer swing state registered voters to sign petitions supporting the first and second amendments to the US Constitution.

On Sunday evening (October 6), Musk announced on his social media platform X, saying, “For every swing state voter you recommend, you can get $47! Easy money.”

The American PAC is a major organization funded mainly by Musk, supporting former President Trump to return to the White House. The organization shared a petition on Sunday, asking signatories to “pledge support” for the first and second amendments. Apart from pledging to pay those who successfully share the petition with swing state registered voters, the organization did not call for any other actions.

The reward will be given to those who successfully refer registered voters in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, and North Carolina to sign the petition by October 21. These referrers must also sign the petition themselves in order to receive the reward.

The petition requires these swing state voters to provide personal contact information. After signing, all users, regardless of their state, will be directed to a page containing only the registration links for voters in these seven states.

Musk stated that the petition’s goal is to have one million swing state voters sign.

The campaigning efforts of Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris have reached a climax in the battleground states. Since Harris took over the campaign for President Biden, this year’s White House contest has become unusually intense, especially in these swing states where polls show very close support rates between the two candidates.

After Trump narrowly escaped an attempted assassination in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13, Musk quickly announced his support for the Republican presidential candidate for 2024.

On October 3, Trump returned to Butler for a campaign rally, and Musk personally appeared to support him.

Musk, the world’s richest person, has an estimated net worth of approximately $263.3 billion as of Monday morning according to Forbes.
