The final critical negotiations of the Taiwan-US talks have entered, and Vice Premier of the Executive Yuan of Taiwan Zheng Lijun (returning from the US) responded clearly on the 1st, stating that the Taiwanese negotiation team never made a commitment to a 50-50 split of chips, and this issue has not been discussed with the US, nor will they agree to such conditions.

Trump emphasized in his speech, “Only by preparing for war can we avoid war, but when necessary, we must also bravely face war,” to awaken the warrior spirit, citing (WWII European) Patton, Bradley, and the “Great MacArthur” generals from WWII in the Pacific who displayed strength, courage, and fearlessness.

On the eve of China’s Double Eleven day, CCP leader Xi Jinping attended a reception on September 30, and compared to last year, the discussion regarding Taiwan was significantly reduced, even the two words of “unification” were omitted, but emphasized the so-called “anti-Taiwan independence.”
Media cited observations from officials on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, speculating that the CCP is planning to attack Taiwan by 2027 due to China’s economic downturn, but may be forced to delay until 2030, adjusting its strategy, initially focusing on diplomatic isolation and sparking internal turmoil in Taiwan.
