Deaths of Three High-ranking Communist Party and State Officials in Eight Days

In recent years, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been covering up the epidemic. From the fragmented information released by the CCP, Epoch Times has collected and organized data on the deaths of cadres and celebrities in various fields such as the CCP, government, military, police, scientific research, education, and arts. It was discovered that most of them were CCP members, with a common characteristic of serving for the CCP’s existence, promoting the CCP’s ideology, and covering up the evil rule of the CCP. The causes of death are often labeled by the authorities as “ineffective medical treatment for illness,” without specifying the specific diseases. Many of these individuals were elites in various fields, but unfortunately, their talents, efforts, and dedication were misplaced. Since the CCP took power, it has caused 80 million unnatural deaths, and to this day, it continues to persecute good Chinese people, carrying a heavy debt of blood. The law of karma exists, and the epidemic targets the Communist Party. The CCP regime is on the brink of collapse, and all those who support the CCP will become sacrifices. A wise person does not stand under a collapsing wall, the only way to save oneself is to quickly disassociate from the CCP, its organizations, and its teams.

From October 1st to 8th, several provincial and national-level CCP officials passed away, with the highest-ranking official being former member of the Political Bureau of the CCP Central Committee and chairman of the National People’s Congress, Wu Bangguo, who was officially announced to have passed away on October 8th. On the same day, Ma Yongwei, the first chairman of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, also passed away. Additionally, several other high-ranking officials also died during this week.

On October 8th, the CCP authorities released an obituary stating that Wu Bangguo, former member of the Political Bureau of the CCP Central Committee and chairman of the National People’s Congress, passed away at 4:36 a.m. in Beijing at the age of 84.

Wu Bangguo rose to prominence in Shanghai and was an important member of the “Shanghai Gang,” serving as the deputy to Jiang Zemin in Shanghai. When Jiang Zemin came to power, Wu was promoted to the central government and held positions such as member of the Central Political Bureau, secretary of the Central Secretariat, and vice premier of the State Council. At the 16th National Congress of the CCP in 2002, Wu Bangguo was appointed to the Political Bureau Standing Committee by Jiang Zemin. Wu was re-elected as a member of the 16th and 17th CCP Politburo and served as chairman of the National People’s Congress for 10 years. During that time, Wu ranked second in the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau and was accused of manipulating the National People’s Congress against Hu Jintao, the CCP leader at the time, and the third-ranked Premier Wen Jiabao.

On March 10, 2011, Wu Bangguo, on behalf of the CCP, proposed the so-called “Five Nos” at the National People’s Congress (no multi-party rotation in governance, no diversification of guiding ideology, no separation of powers and bicameral system, no federal system, no privatization), which caused controversy.

On the same day Wu Bangguo passed away, Ma Yongwei, former President, Party Secretary of the China Agricultural Bank, first Party Secretary of the Chinese Banking Regulatory Commission, and chairman, also passed away.

Ma Yongwei had a career in the banking system, serving as the deputy director of the Anhui Branch of the China Agricultural Bank, vice president, president, and party secretary of the China Agricultural Bank. Starting in 1994, he successively served as chairman of the China People’s Insurance Company, general manager, party secretary, chairman and general manager of the China Insurance Group. In November 1998, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission was established, and Ma Yongwei served as party secretary and chairman. In October 2002, Ma Yongwei retired as chairman of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission.

Liu Zibo, former President of the Kunming Army Academy, retired cadres in the 7th Retirement Department of the Kunming Seventh Military Region of Yunnan Province, passed away on October 7th.

Liu Zibo served as Chief of Staff, Deputy Commander, and Commander of the 14th Army of the Kunming Military Region, participated in the Sino-Vietnamese War; in September 1985, he served as the President of the Kunming Military Academy until retirement.

Fang Meimei, a retired cadre of the Jiangxi Province Higher-level Waterway Affairs Center, former economic engineer of the Labor Management Department of the Jiangxi Provincial Shipping Management Bureau, honorary chairman of the Fang Zhimin Research Association of Jiangxi Province, and daughter of Fang Zhimin (a CCP member), passed away in Nanchang on October 3rd.

Fang Zhimin was one of the “heroic” figures promoted vigorously by the CCP. He joined the Communist Youth League in August 1922, became a party member the following year, and successively served as Chairman of the Ganzhou-Dongbei Province, Fujian-Zhejiang-Gan Province Soviet Government, Political Commissar of the Red 10th Army, and 11th Army, Secretary of the Fujian-Zhejiang-Gan Province Committee. On January 24, 1935, Fang Zhimin was captured by the Kuomintang for kidnapping and killing an American missionary and subsequently executed on August 6 of the same year at the age of 36.

Pu Nanyi, former Deputy Chairman of the Yanbian Prefecture Political Consultative Conference (a CCP member), passed away in Yanji on October 1st. Pu Nanyi had previously served as Deputy Director and Director of the Yanbian Prefecture Transportation Bureau and Secretary of the Party Committee, and Deputy Chairman of the Prefecture Political Consultative Conference.

Epoch Times published on its quit CCP website the “Epoch Times’ Solemn Statement,” which points out that the end of the Communist Party is near. This evil party (cult) has committed heinous crimes against sentient beings and gods throughout history, and God will definitely hold this demon accountable. If one day, God instructs someone to settle accounts with the Communist Party, he will not spare those so-called steadfast party members of the evil party.

Under the CCP’s long-term atheist brainwashing, many Chinese people do not believe in the law of karma. However, for members of the CCP organization and those who ideologically align with the CCP, God will take their lives in various ways, including through diseases and epidemics.

Since the outbreak of the CCP virus (COVID-19) epidemic in China in December 2022, CCP members, officials, and experts, scholars, and celebrities who support the CCP have died in large numbers. Multiple pieces of evidence show that the epidemic is still prevalent in China, causing a significant number of deaths. However, the CCP authorities prohibit further nucleic acid testing and do not allow any discussion of epidemic handling.

In March 2020, at the beginning of the epidemic outbreak, Master Li Hongzhi warned in the article “Reason”: “The current ‘CCP virus’ (Wuhan pneumonia) epidemic is deliberately targeted and came with a purpose. It is here to eliminate party members of the evil party and those who align with the evil party.”

Master Li Hongzhi pointed out, “Stay away from the evil party of the CCP, do not stand with the evil party because behind it is a red devil, behaving like a thug, committing all kinds of evils. God is about to eliminate it, and those standing with it will be eliminated too.”

Master Li Hongzhi also clearly outlined how people can seek good fortune and avoid disaster in this epidemic: “People should sincerely repent to God, reflect on their own faults, and hope for a chance to make amends. This is the solution, and this is the miraculous remedy.”
