Concert moved to Kaohsiung in October, Aska Yang publicly discloses guest qualifications.

Singer LaLa’s “Indulgent Matters” Taipei concert has been on a world tour since March this year, and today (the 12th), she officially announced that she will perform at the Kaohsiung Arena on October 5. Ticket sales will start on June 22. She excitedly predicted that the Kaohsiung audience will enjoy a unique and special performance.

This will be LaLa’s third concert at the Kaohsiung Arena, almost six years after her last “Savior Flagship Return Edition” concert. Kaohsiung has left a very positive impression on LaLa, with longstanding friendships and countless memories of delicious local food.

Upon hearing the confirmed news of the Kaohsiung concert, LaLa started brainstorming ideas to make it different from the Taipei show and any other city’s performances.

Last year, at the Taipei Arena, LaLa invited her “ideal male type from her student days,” Gao Er Xuan, and specially prepared outfits for her long-time friends, Ai Yi Liang and HUSH, creating unexpected sparks on stage. In Guangzhou, LaLa and Wang Su Long sang “Walking Fish” together for the first time and received rave reviews. At a concert in Beijing last month, LaLa invited Mao Bu Yi as a guest performer.

Mao Bu Yi revealed that in 2017, during a singing competition, he once sang a song called “Fragrant Lifetime,” inspired by LaLa’s performance of Chen Jie Yi’s “Like You” on the show “I Am a Singer.” He said, “I had a guest singer at the time, but unfortunately, LaLa herself didn’t come to perform, but her rendition of the song has always stayed in my mind.” This time, the two sang “Fragrant Lifetime” together, fulfilling Mao Bu Yi’s dream.

With the news of the upcoming concert in Kaohsiung spreading, fans are already looking forward to the guest performers in Kaohsiung.

LaLa already has a few “favorite choices” in mind for guests.

She said with a smile, “The principle I follow in choosing guests is that they must be friends I sincerely want to perform with, novelty is important, so it’s best if it’s our first collaboration. It must be a combination that even I am excited about, who knows what kind of sparks will fly. It’s also great if it can be a bit entertaining, giving everyone some amusement. Besides having great music and harmonies, there will also be fun content. That’s the direction I prefer in selecting guests.”
