Participants who register for the #GJWMothersDay2024 event hosted by Clean World (“the organizer”) are fully aware of and voluntarily accept the relevant requirements of the competition, and make the following commitments:
1. By participating in the event and submitting works, you confirm that you have read and agreed to abide by the event rules, terms of use, and profit policies. Your information will be handled in accordance with Clean World’s privacy policy.
2. Participants guarantee that they have full, complete, and exclusive intellectual property rights to the entries, not infringing on any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other legitimate rights of others; and that the entries do not violate any laws and regulations. In case of any infringement or illegal activities as mentioned above, once verified, the organizer will disqualify the participant and cancel their results.
3. Participants guarantee that their entries are original works that have not been publicly disclosed worldwide. The entries for the #GJWMothersDay2024 event hosted by the organizer are exclusive premieres and have not been publicly published, released, or authorized in any form globally by the participants or any third party. Simultaneously, the same work cannot be submitted multiple times or in multiple categories.
4. Participants guarantee that their entries do not violate any laws or regulations, nor infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to plagiarism, theft, or any acts that may infringe on the rights of other copyright holders. Otherwise, once verified, the organizing committee has the right to disqualify the participant and cancel their results.
5. This competition is voluntary for participants. By participating, participants agree to freely allow the organizer to use their entries for promotion during the competition period.
6. Winners must contact the organizer via email [email protected] within one month after the official announcement of winning names on the website. If the winner cannot be contacted through regular channels, Clean World reserves the right to select the next best entry. If any award winner is found to be ineligible, the award will be given to the next eligible participant in the category.
7. Participants must strictly follow the rules of the competition. If any issues arise due to flaws in the rights of the entries or if their content is false, illegal, improper, or for any other unreasonable reason that leads to legal disputes, the participants will bear the legal consequences themselves.
8. In cases where data sent or registered by participants are delayed, lost, incorrect, unidentifiable, or damaged due to personal technical issues or reasons beyond the control of the organizing unit such as computers or networks, the organizing unit bears no legal responsibility, and participants cannot object or hold them accountable.
9. The organizing unit reserves the right to terminate or change the rules of the event, the event’s duration, prizes, and the review of winning qualifications at any time.
