Chinese vaccine victims repeatedly fail to defend their rights, prompting virus experts to provide recommendations

Dozens of members of the “COVID-19 Vaccine Victims” group in China had planned to march in Beijing on July 2nd seeking official assistance, but their request for the demonstration was met with silence from authorities and many vaccine victims were under surveillance. Several vaccine victims and their families have spoken to the Epoch Times about their struggles with illness and difficulties in seeking justice. European virus expert Dong Yuhong empathizes with the challenges faced by vaccine victims and has proposed innovative methods to effectively restore health.

At the end of June, over seventy members of the “COVID-19 Vaccine Victims” group in mainland China jointly submitted a parade application to the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau’s Security Detachment, planning to petition in Beijing before the upcoming Third Plenary Session of the Chinese Communist Party, expressing their appeal to establish a mechanism for COVID-19 vaccine injury relief. However, as of the day of the march on July 2nd, neither the Beijing police nor government agencies had issued a written response.

According to a report by Radio Free Asia on July 2nd, more than thirty people on the petition list were monitored around the clock by authorities, while the rest were already dissuaded or detained by officials in Beijing and unable to participate in the march. In the end, only Sun Nala appeared as scheduled outside the National Health Commission in Beijing, but she was immediately dissuaded by local officials at the scene, who promised to compensate her for past and future medical expenses.

It is currently unknown whether Sun Nala ultimately received compensation.

According to statistics from the civil organization www.vinjury.org, which collects and organizes cases of adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccines, as of October 2023, Chinese citizens have reported as many as 2,700 suspected cases of adverse events following vaccination (AEFI). Among them, leukemia and diabetes accounted for the highest proportion, with 1,310 and 878 cases respectively, while there were also around 470 cases of other diseases involving the nervous and autoimmune systems.

On April 26th this year, Yang Xiaoming, former chairman and chief scientist of China Biotech, the first company to launch a COVID-19 inactivated vaccine in China, fell from grace. Online, there was a wave of indignant questioning, linking his downfall to the quality and aftermath scandal of the vaccines.

Ongoing frontline reporting by the Epoch Times reveals that the COVID-19 situation in China is still raging, but officials are masking it in various ways. More people are being doubly troubled by the aftermath of vaccines and COVID-19 infections.

For a long time, victims and families who have experienced severe adverse reactions after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine have faced exceptional difficulties seeking recourse from the Chinese Communist government.

Ms. Deng told the Epoch Times on July 3rd that her daughter received the Wuhan Biological vaccine arranged by the school, which was administered when the government notified the school and the school notified parents to bring their children for vaccination.

“After the second dose of the vaccine, she returned with loss of appetite, fatigue, and difficulty breathing. We started giving her cold medicine, and after two months, she was diagnosed with leukemia.”

Ms. Deng said the doctor attributed it to the vaccine but mentioned that he couldn’t say so to them directly concerning the government or the health commission. They also filled out forms regarding adverse reactions to the vaccines and submitted them to the local government but heard nothing back. When they went to petition at the National Health Commission in Beijing, they were also blocked; when they tried to contact the manufacturer, they were not allowed access upon arrival.

Ms. Deng said they spent over 800,000 RMB on treating her daughter’s illness, and now her body has no immunity, facing repeated infections and fevers.

“When we were vaccinated, it was mandatory by the country, but when issues arose, nobody came to take responsibility for the medical expenses. We, ordinary people, are impoverished and cannot afford these medical expenses.”

Another interviewee, Ms. Zhao, said she developed leukemia after receiving the vaccine.

“At that time, the village notified us that COVID-19 vaccines were available. I was working at the time, and we had a small business. They said if we refused vaccination, we wouldn’t be able to take public transportation or go anywhere, so I had no choice but to get vaccinated.”

She mentioned feeling fatigued continuously after vaccination. Initially unconcerned, she gradually developed symptoms like swollen and painful gums, bone and back pain, nosebleeds, and then a persistent high fever, which she initially treated as a cold. After the fever subsided, she began experiencing other symptoms such as palpitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and difficulty breathing, leading to a diagnosis of leukemia at a critical stage.

“I underwent chemotherapy seven times at the hospital, concluding at the end of March 2023. The local hospital had no other treatments, so I went to Peking University People’s Hospital for treatment. I’m currently in a stable condition. I used to go once a month, and now it’s every three months.”

She mentioned that she covered all the treatment costs herself because for some unknown reason, her medical insurance couldn’t be processed for reimbursement.

Ms. Zhao said initially both she and her husband believed her illness was a personal misfortune, but later on, other patients and even hospital nurses discreetly suggested it might be due to the Sinovac vaccine. However, when they followed up, the government replied that there was no connection and offered no assistance.

“No one has contacted us, including when I went to the National Health Commission. They said it was a local matter, but the local health department has never contacted us, as if our situation did not exist, and no one is handling our case.”

She mentioned that during her last visit to Beijing, she was forcibly brought back by local officials; this time, they agreed to meet after coming back, but no one reached out to her upon her return.

It is reported that Ms. Zhao’s husband was sentenced to one year in prison last year and later had his sentence reduced by half for “provoking troubles” after submitting information about victims to the National Health Commission.

An individual named Wu Hua, whose family member died due to vaccination, told the Epoch Times that they have a group of 50 to 60 families of deceased victims, with only a few receiving compensation. Most are currently in the process of seeking justice.

“It took me some time after my loved one passed away before I started seeking justice,” Wu Hua said. After his wife received two vaccine doses, she began experiencing fatigue and weakness, followed by inexplicable coughing after six months, which the hospital initially diagnosed as pneumonia and later identified as severe arterial thrombosis.

Wu Hua mentioned twice his concern about being labeled as “smearing the government” while seeking justice. He stated that although he had no intention of participating in the July 2nd demonstration, he was still under local control these days, preventing him from going out.

Dr. Dong Yuhong, a European expert in virology and infectious diseases and the chief scientist of a biotechnology company, has unique research on health. She believes that it is challenging for vaccine-induced damages to be restored through means of seeking justice. The pressure faced by victims is immense, and it is difficult for ordinary Chinese people to provide evidence. Regardless of whether the issues were caused by vaccines, she recommends individuals initially explore more practical methods to restore their bodies before anything else.

On July 3rd, Dr. Dong Yuhong explained to the Epoch Times that the human body inherently possesses an innate ability for self-healing called self-healing power. When the body is damaged, it can repair itself at the genetic level, cellular level, and throughout various aspects of the body’s organs and systems.

“As the saying goes, ‘three parts treatment, seven parts nourishment,’ doctors provide treatment, but it only alleviates symptoms temporarily. To truly address the root cause of the disease or achieve complete recovery, individuals must rely on self-nourishment. Even with compensation through seeking justice or hospital treatment, in the end, individuals have to nurture themselves, and some things cannot be bought with money, so it is ourselves who must figure things out.”

She outlined three ways to enhance one’s self-healing power:

Firstly, consuming natural foods high in antioxidants, which are low in harmful substances, has a positive impact on the body.

Secondly, a novel method involves listening to classical music frequently. She mentioned an experiment performed in Spain in June 2022 at a classical music concert attended by 60 individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or cognitive impairment from aging, along with a healthy control group. Scientists analyzed the participants’ genes before and after listening to music and found significant self-repair among the individuals who listened to classical music.

“We are aware of some interesting studies that show people who listen to rock or pop music tend to have shorter lifespans, whereas those who listen to traditional classical music often lead longer lives; there are numerous case studies supporting this.”

The third approach involves practicing traditional relaxation techniques, such as meditation, which allows the body to enter a relaxed state and originates from traditional culture. It has evolved into various practices in the West, including mindfulness. The notion is to dismiss extraneous thoughts and embrace positive ideas for changes in the body, research unveils that meditation can bolster the immune system balance towards positivity.

Lastly, altering negative thought patterns regularly will improve overall health.

Dr. Dong Yuhong stated, “People with altruistic views on happiness tend to exhibit positive changes in their genetic cells, particularly a significant reduction in inflammation-related genes. We know that many vaccine-induced damages provoke chronic inflammatory states; by shifting our immune cell genes from chronic inflammation to anti-inflammation, we can fundamentally reverse the body’s systemic structure, right?”
