Chinese tourist falls to death at Kansai Airport in Japan.

On the afternoon of November 25th, a Chinese man in his twenties fell to his death at Kansai International Airport in Japan, with the incident captured on video and shared online.

The video footage shows a man with his legs dangling sitting on the railing near the airport. Two police officers arrived and each grabbed one of the man’s arms, trying to pull him back, but tragically they were unable to prevent the man from falling to the ground below. Onlookers at the scene could be heard screaming.

According to reports from various Japanese media outlets, around 2:30 pm that day, police received a call from witnesses stating that there was a person “sitting on the roadside railing” on the fourth floor connecting road of the first terminal building at Kansai Airport.

It was reported that the fourth floor of the first terminal building is the international departure level. According to police reports, when the police arrived, the man was hanging outside the railing on the edge of the road. The police immediately rushed to try to pull him back, but the man suddenly let go and fell to the “canopy” on the second floor, and then, due to inertia, continued to fall to the first floor. The man was later taken to the hospital and eventually succumbed to his injuries.

The man, in his twenties, had traveled to Japan with his mother and others recently. Currently, the police are conducting a detailed investigation into the incident.

According to a report from the Hong Kong newspaper “Ming Pao,” local Chinese residents stated that they had witnessed an altercation between the deceased and his family members at the airport.
