Chen Fangyu leads fellow alumni to show love to stray animals, capturing the entire process in a music video.

Singer Kimberley Chen recently led her junior fellow students to visit the “Full Moon Stray Animal Care Association” in Taichung to shoot the MV for her new song “Good on You”. The music video was released today, with Kimberley Chen and fellow singers like Jocelyn 9.4.0, who was just nominated for the Best New Artist Award at “Golden Melody Awards 35”, joining hands to care for stray animals in Taichung.

After a three-year hiatus, Kimberley is set to release her latest album. Following the success of her three previous singles “Love Yourself Love”, “Younger”, and “Unfinished” which were well-received by fans worldwide, the fourth single “Good on You” has finally been released, along with its MV.

In the music video, Kimberley Chen made her first visit to a stray animal facility and proposed experiencing a day as a volunteer, leading her junior fellow students to care for their beloved stray animals. The entire music video was shot in a documentary style, capturing Kimberley’s unique initiative.

For this project, Kimberley Chen brought together five young singers, including Lauren Woo, Nikko, and CED, to gather at 8 a.m. and drive to Taichung. They worked alongside volunteers, cleaning cages, feeding stray animals, and even bathing pigs, committing themselves to acts of love until the sun set.

Kimberley Chen personally helped express urine from a sick stray dog, which brought up memories of her late cat Kiwi who passed away three months ago. This emotional moment revealed a compassionate side of Kimberley to her team.

Speaking about her bond with dogs and cats, Kimberley Chen shared, “Every encounter with a cat or dog is a precious memory for me, whether it’s rescuing them myself or adopting them from a shelter. Watching them go from vulnerable and injured to slowly recovering and being by my side is truly special.” With tears in her eyes, she added, “Although my beloved cat Kiwi has left me, the time spent fighting against illness together also made me stronger and more determined. I hope everyone will cherish life and value it even more in the future.”
