“Care for Women’s Health Exhibition: New York Chinese American Association Mother’s Day Event Prize Draw”

The New York Chinese Association, internist Dr. Kim Wuhua, and Shunyuan Pharmacy will jointly host a Mother’s Day celebration event in Manhattan Chinatown this Sunday (May 12) to promote “Caring for Women’s Health”. The event will feature free health lectures, exquisite gifts, and a grand raffle with 300 gift cards.

According to the President of the New York Chinese Association, Yu Jinshan, every mother present at the celebration will receive a beautiful carnation. With the mild weather in May, the outdoor event will take place on Forsyth Street, between East Broadway and Division Street. The organizers have applied to the New York City government to close the street for the event.

On that day, internist Dr. Kim Wuhua will host two Chinese health lectures inside the Yidong Mall: “Osteoporosis” at 11 a.m. and “Understanding Hepatitis B” at 1:30 p.m. Participants will have the chance to win prizes sponsored by Shunyuan Pharmacy and Dr. Kim Wuhua, including 300 gift cards and well-known home appliances. Dr. Kim Wuhua’s team will also be on site to conduct screenings for osteoporosis, blood oxygen, and blood sugar for the public.

The “Caring for Women’s Health” Mother’s Day event will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on May 12 at the square on Forsyth Street, at the intersection of East Broadway (88 East Broadway) and Division Street.

Feel free to join this meaningful event celebrating the health and well-being of women in the community!
