Prepare interview questions. Every company wants interviewees to be curious, not only interested in the position but also in the company. You don’t need to prepare 10 questions, but having 2 to 4 questions is a good guideline.

Showcase soft skills. Communication, interpersonal skills, and smiling during the interview are key. If someone makes a joke, feel free to laugh. It’s okay.
