“Blue Angel” Flight Performance Video Captures UFO Scare

During the Memorial Day weekend, unidentified flying objects (UFOs) have once again encountered humans, according to reports. On May 24th, during the Blue Angels’ iconic air show on Long Island, a UFO was spotted zooming past. A mysterious video obtained by TMZ shows a small orb flying at incredible speeds over a Boeing F/A-18 “Super Hornet” aircraft during the show at Jones Beach.

The unidentified object appeared to be flying at an altitude of roughly 36,500 to 41,000 feet, as reported by the National UFO Reporting Center. It left no trace as it streaked through the sky, leaving onlookers puzzled about its nature.

Some suggest a plausible explanation could be that it was an unmanned drone. However, it raises questions as to why someone would operate a drone in an area where fighter jets were performing. This incident adds to the growing list of recent “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” (UAP) sightings in the New York area.

In a separate incident back in March, a plane passenger claimed to have seen a possible UFO flying over New York City while aboard a commercial flight near LaGuardia Airport. Reports of such sightings have been on the rise in the vicinity of New York, as per articles published in the New York Post.

It is noteworthy that the term UAP is now commonly used in the United States by government agencies and officials as a substitute for UFO. In various regions, including Brooklyn and McGuire Fields, peculiar-shaped objects have been captured on camera, adding to the mysterious sightings.

In the annual reports by the National UFO Reporting Center, it was disclosed that the number of UFO sightings in New York City has been on the rise, with a 7% increase in 2023 compared to the previous year. The states with the highest number of sightings in 2023 included California (440), Florida (293), Texas (230), Washington (212), and New York (156).

So far in 2024, the National UFO Reporting Center has documented 57 UAP sightings in New York, with around 11 of them being confirmed as planes, birds, rockets, or camera malfunctions. The Anomalous Aerial Resolution Office (AARO) is the government agency responsible for investigating these reports.

Since its establishment in July 2022, the AARO has received over 1,200 UAP reports, but has only released four videos and three “case resolution reports” to the public, indicating the ongoing fascination and mystery surrounding these otherworldly encounters.
