American musician plays violin by the lake, attracting a crowd of turtles.

A musician and internet celebrity in the United States recently played the violin by a lake, unexpectedly attracting a group of turtles. Not only did they swim over, but they also surfaced from the water and even attempted to climb onto the shore as if they wanted to fully appreciate the beautiful music he was playing. Perhaps this could prove that music has an attraction to animals.

The internet celebrity, named Clejan, shared a video on Instagram back in May of him playing the violin by the lake. The piece he performed was a violin version of the song “Crazy Train” by the English singer Ozzy Osbourne.

Amidst the melodious sounds of the violin, groups of turtles began emerging from the murky lake water, eager to get closer and explore the source of the sound.

Clejan wrote on Instagram that he did not expect the turtles to be drawn to the music. He said, “Call me the turtle whisperer.”

Clejan’s fans requested more videos of him playing the violin for the turtles to listen to. He was more than willing to do so and shared additional footage.

Clejan grew up in Atlanta. He initially received training in classical music, later developed a liking for rap and hip-hop music, but ultimately proceeded with caution by obtaining a business degree and starting a more traditional career. He has become a successful internet celebrity and performing artist.

Clejan’s total number of followers across various social media platforms has exceeded 1 million, but this does not include the turtles that listened to him play the violin by the lake.

Apart from turtles, there have been instances where musicians played music for cows on a farm, attracting them in what has been termed as a new form of “serenading the cows.”

Previously, musicians from the Cleveland Orchestra in Ohio visited the Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary in New York in 2014. They played music with instruments like violins, oboes, and guitars to test the cows’ preferences for music, successfully drawing the cows towards them.
