NewJeans promotes new song at school event and donates all proceeds for a week.

Popular Korean girl group NewJeans released their second single album “How Sweet” on May 24th, selling a remarkable 811,843 copies on the day of its release and topping the daily album sales chart. Their management company, ADOR, announced that NewJeans will be donating all proceeds from their performances at university festivals during the first week of promotions.

In an official statement on their fan community, ADOR expressed that NewJeans will be making appearances at various universities starting with “IPSELENTI” at Koryo University on the 25th, followed by performances at Chaolan University, Dongyi University, Pusan University, Dongguk University, Sejong University, and Chung-Ang University within the week. The group will showcase their new songs “How Sweet” and “Bubble Gum” during these performances.

Furthermore, ADOR mentioned that all earnings from the university festivals will be donated. They hope that fans will continue to show support and love for NewJeans in the future.
