On December 31, the staff of the Shell gas station in Xiaoying Town, Binzhou City, responded, stating that the incident happened on the afternoon of December 23 due to improper communication by the employee that led to a misunderstanding.
The staff mentioned that the company is currently undergoing internal reorganization and actively contacting the parties involved to further communicate and apologize, but they have not obtained understanding yet.
