According to a briefing from the Su Xian Sub-bureau of Chenzhou Public Security Bureau in Hunan on the 21st, the criminal suspect, 35-year-old male Huang, committed the crime in the park in Su Xian District around 8 p.m. on the 20th, resulting in 3 fatalities and 2 injuries.
