Los Angeles Streets Erupt in Anti-ICE Protests, Lingering for Five Days, Escalating into Chaos. As more clues are exposed, a familiar dark hand emerges – the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is once again meddling in the shadows.
At the same time, a retired American general warned that the CCP is launching an unprecedented infiltration operation in the United States. From food supply to biological materials, from the internet to artificial intelligence, the CCP is infiltrating and controlling every aspect.
On another front, the CCP is targeting young people behind the camera – through travel, cultural exchanges, and collaborations with internet celebrities, they are packaging “telling good Chinese stories” into cognitive warfare films, specifically targeting the next generations in the United States and Taiwan.
The global battlefield is quietly changing. Ukraine recently used drones with AI to conduct a shocking “Spider Web Operation” against Russian forces, showcasing the power of “new warfare”. Will the CCP deploy this warfare strategy as well?
Lastly, we must also pay attention to a new interaction between two giants: Trump and Musk, in what seems to be a subtle “billionaire showdown”.
The street riots against ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement) in Los Angeles, ostensibly opposing the federal crackdown on illegal immigrants, are actually a confrontation between the White House and blue states, with the CCP also implicated in the background.
The incident began on June 6 when federal agents from the Trump administration raided the fashion district in Los Angeles to arrest illegal immigrants, sparking protests. In just a few days, the protests escalated into riots, with highways blocked, fires on the streets, and attacks taking place, leading to a momentary loss of control. Trump mobilized the National Guard to deploy in Los Angeles, with the number reaching 4,000 by the 10th, followed by an additional 700 Marine Corps members dispatched.
Chuck Rocha, a Democratic strategist on CNN, mentioned that the street violence, car burnings, and assaults on law enforcement officers allow Trump’s team to easily steer the conversation towards “illegal immigration” and “law and order,” his strongest topics. This makes it difficult for the Democrats to argue, as the narrative is completely controlled by Trump.
White House officials also noted that this is a “political bonus question,” allowing Trump to fulfill his promises to voters. An adviser stated, “Americans voted for him for this (tough expulsion of illegal immigrants).”
But what is truly alarming is the shadow of the CCP emerging amidst the chaos.
Leading the support for the riots is an extreme left-wing group called the “Party for Socialism and Liberation” (PSL). Not only do they rally on social media platforms but they also design the protest signs carried by demonstrators. The key point is that the funding of this organization is somehow linked to a pro-CCP major donor – Neville Singham.
Singham, influenced by extreme left-wing ideologies since childhood, joined a Marxist organization at the age of 17. According to investigations by the New York Post, he and his wife have donated $20 million through multiple foundations to the “People’s Forum” and also sponsored media platform Breakthrough BT Media affiliated with the “Party for Socialism and Liberation,” which are accused of promoting pro-CCP narratives.
Chairman of the U.S. Congressional China Task Force, Mike Gallagher, warned that the CCP is using Confucius Institutes, TikTok, and even organizations supported by Singham to weaken the United States from various angles – culture, campuses, and the streets. It is evident that this is a long-term strategy aimed at generating internal disorder in America.
Simultaneously, the CCP’s state media is taking advantage of the situation. Xinhua criticizes Trump for using military force to suppress, potentially exacerbating the confrontation between federal and local authorities. The Beijing Daily accuses him of promoting “authoritarian politics,” asserting that he is diverting criticisms of his policies. On Chinese social media, the topic “Los Angeles police admit losing control” has over 70 million views, with some even mocking the current situation by referencing Nancy Pelosi’s previous statements calling the Hong Kong protests a “beautiful scenery of the land of freedom.”
From the turmoil in Los Angeles, it is clear that Trump is cracking down on illegal immigration while the left is instigating unrest. However, the CCP’s focus is on the cracks within the American system.
What do you think the CCP truly aims to achieve by covertly meddling in the background? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments.
We just mentioned the CCP’s disruptions, but this is not mere provocation. Rather, it has strategically penetrated the entire United States, engaging in systematic and comprehensive infiltration.
On June 10, retired American general and senior strategic analyst at Fox, Jack Keane, issued a warning: the CCP is conducting the most comprehensive infiltration operation against the United States since its founding, with an unprecedented level of penetration seen.
He stated that the CCP is not just engaged in cyber espionage but is also systematically testing the social vulnerabilities of the United States, targeting areas such as food supply, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and transportation systems.
Two recent incidents are worth noting: two Chinese individuals were caught attempting to smuggle a fungus called “Karnal Bunt” into the U.S., which exclusively attacks crops like wheat, corn, and rice, causing billions of dollars in losses annually and posing toxicity risks to humans and animals. Additionally, a Chinese doctoral student from Wuhan was charged with secretly mailing worm samples into the United States.
Keane remarked that these seemingly “isolated” cases could be part of an exercise, preparing for contingencies in the event of a U.S.-China conflict to utilize these methods for internal attacks to undermine American confidence. Keane’s warning highlights that these are not just alarmist words but events that are already unfolding.
However, this is just the tip of the iceberg. The real threat lies in the CCP’s “AI blade.”
On June 9, the UK think tank, HJS, released a report directly accusing the CCP of using AI as a weapon beyond its borders, engaging in a global warfare campaign without visible gun smoke, encompassing domestic surveillance, citizen censorship, overseas brainwashing, military expansion, and economic coercion.
Within China, the CCP has maximized the use of AI in facial recognition, predictive policing, internet censorship – monitoring everything you post, view, or say.
Outside China, the CCP utilizes AI-generated false information and social media manipulation. The report mentions a system called “DeepSeek AI,” which the CCP employs as a weapon to control information, manipulate search results, shape biased content, and control online discourse. Essentially, turning the entire online space into an echo chamber where the CCP dictates the narrative. This is not only to indoctrinate its own people but also to export influence overseas, interfering in the opinions and elections of regions like Hong Kong, Taiwan, and even European and American countries.
When it comes to the military domain, the CCP is heavily investing in AI weaponry, including autonomous weapons, cyber warfare systems, and intelligent intelligence analysis. These technologies are not merely for upgrading their own military but are being promoted through the “Belt and Road” initiative to other countries, ensnaring these developing nations into the CCP’s technological trap, making it difficult for them to break free.
On global platforms such as the United Nations, International Telecommunication Union, and World Economic Forum, the CCP is advocating for a set of “state-led AI” rules, aiming to make the world follow its authoritarian AI control framework.
The CCP’s infiltration tactics do not solely rely on hackers and viruses but also include a particularly insidious approach: promoting “telling good Chinese stories” through cameras, engaging in soft power warfare, covertly brainwashing.
Recently, the CCP initiated a “China-Global Young Influencers Exchange Program,” targeting American influencers on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram with over 300,000 followers. These influencers are invited on a free 10-day trip to China in July, visiting cities like Suzhou, Shenzhen, and Shanghai, with activities including Tai Chi, tours of BYD, and walks on the Great Wall, all paving the way for “positive content.”
These influencers do not only film street scenes and food but also collaborate with Chinese influencers, with CCP propaganda assisting in amplifying their content, essentially outsourcing an entire public relations campaign. After the pandemic, many foreign influencers have gained popularity by filming these types of videos, crowned by the CCP as “China’s spokespersons.”
However, this playbook of influence operations has long been staged in Taiwan.
Last year, Taiwanese influencer with a million followers, “Potter King,” exposed an organization called the “Cross-Strait Youth Association” inviting ten Taiwanese influencers to China to shoot videos during the summer, with a requirement to “avoid discussing politics.” Many immediately saw through this as a disguised cognitive warfare agenda, an information war.
When the public outcry surged, some questioned Potter King’s claims. However, other influencers soon publicly shared similar letters they received, clearly stating that they should “portray a positive image and avoid politics.”
Actress Ho Yiqi also came forward, stating she received an invitation from “Beijing Ciguang Film Media Company” to shoot videos promoting “cross-strait integration.” Due to the persistent invitations, she found them bothersome, opted to post the letter online, unexpectedly sparking a discussion.
Eliciting an even stronger reaction, this company was preparing to invite Taiwanese artists and influencers to “form a party and participate in Taiwan’s election.” Following this news, more influencers began disclosing their experiences of being invited for “political cooperation.”
Last year, Voice of America reported that platforms with Chinese background would reduce the exposure of influencers critical of the CCP; some influencers were even sent to Xinjiang to film videos depicting a “happy Xinjiang” fairy tale, whitewashing the controversy in the region.
Taiwan’s Premier, Su Tseng-chang, warned that the greatest threat from the CCP is not missiles but rather cultural infiltration. He urged the public to enhance their “inner defense force.”
It has been noted that these videos may appear as lifestyle Vlogs but are, in reality, cognitive warfare propaganda. Particularly for young people without a historical background or political interest, they are more susceptible to this so-called “non-political content.”
Nevertheless, there are those who stand firm. Influencer “Porper” mentioned receiving cooperation invites from across the strait, requiring her to say “China (PRC) is good,” to which she directly replied, “I am a supporter of Taiwan independence.” She promptly refused.
Next, let’s discuss the current warfare model, which is no longer just tanks and missiles but a combination of high-tech and espionage technologies.
On June 1, Ukraine launched a “Spider Web Operation” against five Russian air force bases, covertly attacking over 20 aircraft using drones, with at least 12 rendered into scrap metal. These drones were hidden in “mobile homes” transported by trucks, activated only at the designated location, resembling scenes from a spy movie.
This operation shocked the world, not just for its aircraft bombings but also representing a new logic in warfare – utilizing artificial intelligence, light weaponry, precise intelligence, and enemy infiltration, to outmaneuver traditional military powers.
Reports suggest that Israel has employed similar tactics in the past, such as planting bombs in the opponents’ walkie-talkies, to target enemy commanders for weeks, severely impacting the leadership of terrorist organizations like Hezbollah, even affecting the situations in Lebanon and Syria.
It is evident that Ukraine is learning from these tactics. They not only bombed the Black Sea Fleet but also infiltrated the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) internally, conducting psychological operations.
Of particular note is the possibility that the drones used in the “Spider Web Operation” may be equipped with AI navigation, capable of evading air defense systems for remote autonomous precise strikes. NATO countries are already researching this technology, which may become mainstream in the future.
Czech Republic’s Ukraine Special Envoy Kopecni, pointed out that in the past, submarines with crew members would be sent to bomb bridges, but now a single drone can accomplish the same task. This exemplifies the power of modern military technology.
While the riots in Los Angeles continue to unfold, another political drama witnesses a new twist. The relationship between Trump and Musk, representing “technology and power,” appears to be on the path towards reconciliation.
On June 9, in a video posted by conservative influencer ALX, Trump expressed, “We used to have a good relationship, I wish him all the best, very well.” Musk immediately replied on X with a red heart emoji, igniting speculation and interpretations of a “warmer relationship” between the two.
That day, Trump also mentioned that he does not intend to ban SpaceX’s Starlink service, despite contemplating moving the red Tesla bought back in March. He added, “If Musk calls, I won’t mind picking up.”
A few days prior, the two clashed head-on. Trump was pushing the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act,” while Musk vehemently opposed it, criticizing the bill for potentially increasing the federal deficit by $3 trillion, posting a series of tweets on X, calling the bill “absurd,” “disgusting,” and even suggesting that the White House was covering up the Epstein case to protect Trump, although he later deleted the posts, the tension had already escalated.
Trump couldn’t resist and lambasted Musk on Fox News, stating he was “completely out of control.” He even hinted at possible severing of government contracts with his companies. In a counterattack, Musk mentioned considering halting the use of “Dragon capsule,” a primary tool for sending astronauts into space. The situation escalated to the point where it seemed close to a “political break-up.”
On the night of the 8th, Musk suddenly retweeted Trump’s strong statement regarding the riots in Los Angeles, where Trump criticized California Governor Newsom and the Mayor of Los Angeles for their incompetent governance. Musk even echoed Vice President JD Vance’s call for “decisive leadership” in a post, clearly signaling goodwill.
This wave of interactions indicates that despite fiscal policy differences, both sides are gradually converging on matters of law enforcement and security.
For Musk, this could be a strategic move to leave room for potential future political cooperation. How do you perceive the future development of Trump and Musk’s relationship? Feel free to share your views in the comments.
