Taiwanese Olympic Badminton Player Wang Tzu-ling Admits Love, Currently in a Relationship with a Lotte Girl.

Taiwan’s Olympic badminton gold medalist, Wang Qilin, was rumored to be dating cheerleader Chen Shiyuan (nicknamed Shiyuan) on the 29th. The cheerleader, who is a member of the Le Tien Girls group, confirmed this to the media earlier today. However, Wang’s management agency stated that they would not interfere with their artists’ relationships and expressed gratitude for everyone’s concern and well wishes.

At the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, Wang Qilin partnered with his friend Li Yang to win the men’s badminton doubles gold medal for Taiwan. Wang caused a stir among netizens when he posted a photo on Instagram in the early hours of the 24th with a petite cheerleader wearing a short skirt. Coincidentally, it was the 29th birthday of Shiyuan, a member of the Le Tien Girls cheerleading squad, on that day, sparking discussions online.

Last year, Wang Qilin was rumored to have a crush on cheerleader Lan Lan, as revealed by Xu Nailin. However, it was reported today that Wang’s romantic interest is actually Chen Shiyuan (Shiyuan), another cheerleader from the Le Tien Girls group – the older sister of AKB48 Team TP’s former captain, Chen Shiya, and both sisters are twins.

In response, Wang Qilin openly admitted his relationship with Chen Shiyuan through her management company.

According to SET News, Wang Qilin stated through Chen Shiyuan’s management company that they have known each other for some time and their contact deepened after meeting for meals, allowing them to understand each other better. They are taking this developing relationship seriously and supporting each other’s careers.

Furthermore, Wang Qilin is currently preparing for the Olympics in July and hopes for more attention to be focused on his performance on the field.

Chen Shiyuan, on the other hand, responded through her management company, saying, “Thank you for everyone’s concern and well wishes. The company will not interfere with artists’ relationships, and any good news will be shared with everyone in due time.”
