“Golden Melody Awards 35th Visual Identity Revealed, Awards Ceremony to be Unveiled in Taipei on June 29”

The 35th Golden Melody Awards ceremony will be held at the Taipei Arena on June 29, and the main visual concept for this year has been revealed, focusing on “exploration” and “discovery”.

In the first batch of released posters, the Golden Melody Awards trophy is placed at the core, set in a cave full of exploratory imagery. The trophy is surrounded by a halo of light, making it shine brightly. The sky part of the poster symbolizes “seeing the sun through the clouds”, signifying the continuous exploration and discovery of the Golden Melody Awards in the music world. It also represents the support of the Golden Melody Awards for new works and newcomers, continuously leading outstanding musicians to explore the endless possibilities of the music world and to continuously explore the diverse development of Chinese language music.

This year, the Golden Melody Awards have once again invited Yang Shiqing to be in charge of the visual design. This is his third time overseeing the visual design of the Golden Melody Awards. Yang Shiqing was also nominated for the Best Album Design Award at the 32nd Golden Melody Awards for his album “Love, Not Arriving”. In contrast to his previous work on “Golden Melody 33” which focused on energy and enthusiasm, Yang Shiqing this time incorporated the concepts of “exploration” and “discovery” into the main visual, likening music to treasures in life.

Furthermore, as the Golden Melody Awards enters its 35th edition and holds a special place in Chinese music, Yang Shiqing mentioned that when brainstorming with the design team for this year’s logo, they ultimately presented the numbers 3 and 5 in a simple yet grand manner. The two numbers are cleverly combined, symbolizing the inseparable relationship between the Golden Melody Awards and musicians.

The 35th Golden Melody Awards ceremony will take place on June 29th (Saturday) at the Taipei Arena. The event will be broadcast live on TTV from 5 p.m., starting with the red carpet and leading up to the awards ceremony at 7 p.m.
