Media Reach Innovates Digital Advertising Formats at MTR Stations, Creating a New Look

Outdoor advertising company Bravo Media announced on the 22nd that the launch ceremony of “New Faces and New Generation of MTR Advertising” hosted by them has been successfully held. The event took place at the M+ Museum and welcomed over 200 guests from the MTR Corporation, advertising agencies, and clients in Hong Kong. Through this event, Bravo Media revealed the latest development plans for advertising media on the East Rail Line and Tuen Ma Line of MTR, showcasing the upcoming key digital advertising formats to be introduced at MTR stations, emphasizing the importance of digital development in engaging customers for advertising innovation, shaping a new face for the advertising industry.

The event featured a stellar lineup of guests, including Ms. Susanna Lo, Chief Executive Officer of MTR Corporation Customer Services, Ms. Chiu Fung Kuen, General Manager of MTR Corporation’s Station Commercial and Shop Business, Ms. Fung Ching Ting, General Manager of Media and Business Development for MTR Customer Services, Mr. Adam Leishman, CEO of Bravo Holdings, Mr. Richard Pétignaud, Managing Director of Bravo Media Limited, and Miss Jessica Lam, Chief Growth Officer of Bravo Media Limited.

To deepen guests’ understanding and experience of the future development of MTR advertising, the conference set up an experiential area outside the venue showcasing various innovative advertising solutions incorporating new technologies. Guests could personally experience and appreciate the selling points of different advertising formats, enhancing interaction between brands and target audiences and establishing closer connections.

The conference also invited Laurence Kemball-Cook, founder of the UK tech company Pavegen, as a keynote speaker to share insights on “Driving Sustainable Customer Engagement: Exploring the Integration of Customer Engagement and ESG Practices,” analyzing the sustainable value of ESG practices fused with customer interactions. His enlightening sharing inspired many participants and clients, helping them understand how to promote customer engagement through ESG to increase brand loyalty.

A thematic seminar was also held, with five influential guests from different industries discussing “Constructing Customer Engagement Interaction through MTR Advertising.” Ms. Winnie Yiu, Director of Mainland China and Hong Kong Media Industries at PricewaterhouseCoopers, served as the moderator, and the guests included Ms. Eliza Lau, Brand Director of WeChat Pay HK, Mr. Joe Leung, Founder and Director of Hungry Digital, Ms. Theresa Tai, Business Director of Maxim’s Cakes and its affiliated brands, and Ms. Angela Lau, Managing Director of Zenith HK, sharing their insightful perspectives and unique analyses.
