Eataly to open fourth store in New York, will move into Hudson Yards next year

The Italian dining and gourmet market chain Eataly, known for its unique combination of dining and shopping experiences, is planning to open its fourth store in New York City next year. The new store is set to be located in the bustling Hudson Yards district in Manhattan.

According to a report by Eater on August 15th, a spokesperson for Eataly mentioned that the Hudson Yards location is scheduled to open in the spring of 2025, although it was not explicitly stated whether the new store will also feature a restaurant.

Eataly is an international chain of dining establishments originating from Italy, with locations currently in Europe and North America. In New York City, there are currently three existing Eataly outlets, situated in the Flatiron District, the Westfield World Trade Center, and a newly opened location in the SoHo district at the end of 2023.

As reported by 6sqft on the 15th, the fourth Eataly store will be situated on the 4th floor of the prominent Hudson Yards building at 20 Hudson Yards.
