Xu Lanfang’s first outdoor filming encounter with Wang Shaowei stands out as they playfully squish paper cups with their faces

Taiwan’s reality game show “All Aboard” will air its “Love for Cash” challenge this Sunday (23rd), inviting popular internet celebrity Xu Lanfang to join in the game and implementing an early off-work competition format for the first time. In response, Wang Shaowei chuckled and said, “With such a great plan, why rush to leave work?”

Rumors of a relationship between Wang Shaowei and Xu Lanfang have been circulating for over two years, yet they have never officially confirmed it, always referring to each other as “good friends”. This time, Xu Lanfang made her on-location debut, specially appearing on “All Aboard” hosted by Wang Shaowei.

Not being good at games, Xu Lanfang took over half a year to agree to the invitation.

One of the hosts, Zhang Lidong, curiously asked her if Wang Shaowei had given her any guidance before appearing on the show. Xu Lanfang laughed and said, “No! He even asked me why I’m on this show?” This prompted Zhang Lidong to sarcastically reply, “You (Xu Lanfang) are appearing on the show because of him, aren’t you?”

To match the love theme this week, the program designed many challenges involving close contact. In one game, two players need to cooperate by holding cups with their faces to stack them into a pyramid, and the team with the shortest time wins.

Wang Shaowei and Xu Lanfang demonstrated excellent coordination, advancing with cups held between their faces, while the other hosts began to liven up the atmosphere by humming the “Wedding March”.

The production crew even laid out a red carpet for the two, and the celebrity Hua Hua used toilet paper as flower petals, creating an atmosphere akin to newlyweds entering. However, Wang Shaowei and Xu Lanfang remained unaffected by the competition.

In her pursuit of perfection, Xu Lanfang even ignored the time pressure to slowly align the cups, causing the impatient Wang Shaowei to urge her to speed up, leading outsiders to joke, “This is what happens when your philosophies don’t align!”
