Mainland China’s top internet celebrity Feng Timo recovers from cancer, reveals she still has five other illnesses.

Feng Timo, who was crowned as China’s number one internet celebrity, has returned to the public eye after recovering from thyroid cancer. In a recent livestream, she revealed that she still suffers from five other illnesses even after overcoming cancer, sparking discussions among her fans.

Born Feng Yanan, Feng Timo rose to fame online by covering songs and gained 60 million followers on livestreaming platforms. In recent years, she has been invited to various shows, released personal singles, and sang theme songs for TV dramas, achieving great popularity. At the end of 2022, she had to pause her livestreaming activities due to late-stage thyroid cancer.

Recently, Feng Timo has once again become active in livestreaming, attracting high engagement. Fans noticed and marveled that in a recent livestream, Feng Timo was still broadcasting with a trumpet at 3 a.m., showing immense dedication. At that time, she was eating cherries, spread jam on her mouth, and then pretended to be injured by spilling the cherries.

This livestream stirred discussions among netizens, prompting Feng Timo to disclose her health condition, revealing that she still has five other illnesses lingering in her body after recovering from cancer, which she has yet to address.

During the livestream, she listed her health issues, mentioning that there were some problems with her cervical spine and lumbar spine during her last check-up, though not particularly severe. Additionally, she disclosed her anemia, a long-standing issue; being diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori, suspecting it was due to consuming unclean food; and after a CT scan, discovering a small nodule in her lungs, possibly a remnant from a previous pneumonia.

At 32 years old, Feng Timo appears to be plagued with various illnesses. While the most severe cancer has been cured, she now faces problems with her cervical spine, lumbar spine, anemia, Helicobacter pylori infection, and lung nodules, all significant health challenges.

Some netizens analyzed that this is the result of her livestreaming activities: prolonged sitting during livestreams leading to cervical and lumbar spine issues; Helicobacter pylori likely caused by long-term consumption of takeout food during livestreams. There were also some joking comments, suggesting Feng Timo’s lung nodules might have been caused by the stress from online antagonism.
